The 6001 airport limousine also stops nearby. There are three subway lines available, making it convenient to go anywhere. The large Daiso store located in "dundun Dongdaemun" is also just a 5-minute walk away. There are several convenience stores nearby as well. Not only is the access good, but the staff at the hotel reception and housekeeping are very kind and pleasant. The standard double room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for a solo traveler. I accidentally forgot my power converter, but they lent me one at the front desk. There was also a bedside charging station in the room where I could just place my phone to charge. I stayed for six nights this time for the purpose of attending a LIVE event. This was my first time using this slightly more affordable hotel compared to my usual one, and it turned out to be a great decision! I’ve decided to come back during my next visit to Korea. The third-floor area where the front desk is located has a space where guests can relax and enjoy free coffee, as well as desks equipped with PCs, making it comfortable. There are also lockers available for storing luggage for up to 12 hours for free. The coin laundry was new and clean. It's a recommended location for going shopping at night. Due to the family trip and the summer season, I looked for a hotel that met the following conditions: having a washing machine, a flushable toilet, being relatively new, and close to the station. It was very convenient being right next to the airport bus stop, with currency exchange and convenience stores available, as well as a Wow Pass machine in the hotel. However, the distance to the station was a bit nuanced. It is walkable, but it can be tiring when you're exhausted. Each floor has a water purifier, providing ice and hot water, which was very helpful since I could fill my water bottle with ice and water before heading out. Of course, the refrigerator was also stocked daily with bottled water. Additionally, the 6001 airport bus stops here as the second stop towards Incheon, ensuring seating, which is a big plus. I saw many people who couldn't board later due to the bus being full, so I felt it was a good choice considering the order of the bus stops. I had a very comfortable four-day trip and was extremely satisfied with my time in Korea. Thank you!

Had a great stay here. Though 3 star, i think it exceed expectations. Room may not be big (we can open 1-2 luggage at any time) but super clean and sheets are stain free. Toilets are well kept and equipped except you need to bring your toothbrush and toothpaste. Mineral water is also provided every day. Alternatively there is a water dispenser on every floor i believe where u can get hot water for your noodles and baby milk. A rubbish bin too so you can clear out from your room yourself everyday. We did not try the breakfast but i dont see a breakfast place. So a minus for us with kids maybe…. Though Korea there is no lack of bakery and a short walk to Gwang Chang market. Facilities wise, we managed to do laundry as they have washer and dryer (4k won seperately). You can ask for customised firmmness of pillows though they are mini size compared to the actual pillows. They have coffee and water at the reception which was quiet and well maintained. In the same area there is also a wieghing scale to weigh all our korea loot!!!! If you are making a 3d out to jeju or busan and returning to the same hotel, they allow us to lock it in their locker room. Same day use of locker room is also free. Airport ahuttle was right out the hotel. Or a few steps away (no need cross road) so awesome for us with 4 toddlers and 8 suitcase. We did not hwve trouble getting seats too. Convenience store can be found all around the hotel so no worry for snacks. Hotel smack in between 3 subway station and a 10-15 min walk to DongDaeMun or any of the stations depending on your speed. so it will be a great area for those who do not mind walking. Two adults stayed in a standard double room with two suitcases. I was worried that the room might be small, but the presence of one suitcase stand solved that problem. Additionally, there was a glass door for the shower, so the bathroom didn't get flooded, and the toilet was also modern. The bathroom was very clean, without any lingering smells or humidity, and I found it comfortable even as someone who is quite particular about cleanliness. The front desk staff were pleasant and very helpful, and I am very grateful for their assistance on several occasions. The WOWPASS machine was also located on the first floor. The only disappointing point was that there was a cigarette smell coming from the air conditioning once. I wasn't too bothered by the noise from the neighboring room. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant hotel that I would recommend and would like to revisit.

I have been using Nine Tree Dongdaemun consistently since the COVID-19 period. I believe there is no other business hotel that offers this level of quality and service at this price point. In the past, I used to stay at Shilla Stay but switched to Nine Tree. 1. Importance of offering various pillows When I come to Nine Tree Dongdaemun, I always request the "fainting" pillow. Pillows are really important for a good night's sleep, and just having the fainting pillow allows for comfortable rest. 2. Friendly staff I have stayed at Nine Tree Dongdaemun for over 10 nights, and everyone from the front desk staff to the cleaning staff has been very friendly. It seems to be possible because it is operated by a large corporation, Parnassus. 3. No noise Due to its location, it is naturally quiet, allowing for a very peaceful stay. 4. Good water pressure and the toilet has a bidet, which makes using the restroom comfortable. 5. Comfortable bedding I am sensitive to bed mattresses, but I recommend Nine Tree's beds. 6. Pleasant room and building scent Hotels often have their unique smells, and Nine Tree's fragrance is pleasant as well. 7. The third floor for check-in and check-out is comfortable and spacious, making it good for meetings with acquaintances. In conclusion, as the business hotel I chose, it seems that they are getting a lot of reservations these days. With quality service and cost-effectiveness, it seems to be always loved by domestic and international customers.
