Awesome spot for some relaxing days”
Lovely Eco-Bungalow with own bathroom on a nice fruit farm with an awesome pool. The hosts were helpful and nice. But the restaurants serves instant noodle and also the rest of the food is not the best we had in vietnam. There is a cheap and authentic restaurant 5 minutes by walk were we enjoyed seafood, bbq and great mango salad and morning glory.

Peaceful and rural retreat”
This is a unique hot l that has a great deal of charm. As a solo traveller I found it a littlenoff th beaten track. They very kindly provid free bicycles but at night the lane to it has no street light nor has the bike which make s for a tense ride home in the dark. The reception staff were very helpful but I found the service at th restaurant bar pretty poor. Their cocktails were hotel prices and I could honestly not taste the gin in my gin and tonic. It looked as if the young lady was free pouring but it was hard to know as she placed the glass behind the counter top. I would recommend this hotel for a peaceful visit but I wasn't as wowed as some oth r reviewers.

Staff and breakfast have to improve”
When we arrived we had a WOW moment because the property is really beautiful with a gorgeous pool and nice looking bungalows. But this changed quickly. The eco-guesthouse has bungalows, most of them with an open roof. When we arrived, the lady that runs the place showed us very quickly our place to stay. Already in the first minute we heard something scratching the roof. Later that evening when we entered the room, we saw a lot of mice poo on one of the beds. After showing it to the lady, her first reaction was: oh! that is just from gecko's. After we said that we know that this is mice poo, she immediately had a whole different story of a mice problem in the whole guesthouse because of the coco leaves etc. and that this is a eco-friendly guesthouse and therefore normal that there are mice and according to her we should not bother about it because we would be sleeping under a mosquito net. We totally understand that and we were not looking for a spotless 5 star hotel, but when we told her that she had to tell us before we checked-in (that there is a mice problem) she showed no understanding at all and had a really bad attitude for a manager of a hotel. Instead, she gave us the feeling that she was losing money because we moved to the only other rooms without mice: the SPA room. All this has really put a shadow over our WOW moment. After moving to the SPA room we slept on massage beds for one week (which we agreed on and was fine) But...we had NO cleaning the whole week of the toilet and bathroom. The bedlinnen is NOT changed the whole week. The only thing they did is fold up the blanket and give us new towels. There was no compensation, not even a free drink or anything because of the inconvenience we got from all of this, sleeping in a room which is not a room for guest to sleep in. For us, a small gesture would have been enough. The breakfast is really bad and way to expensive. You can get better breakfast (and lunch and dinner) for better prices and

Nice little break away from carnage...”
Beautiful little huts in a very quiet, secluded location. Beautiful beach nearby - 20 minute walk, 5-10 minutes on a scooter or bicycle. Tasty food offering plenty of options at breakfast. Nice pool for the days you don't fancy the beach. But like I said, it is remote so if you want to check out local villages, towns etc either hire a scooter or get a taxi.

This place was a dream! Stayed for 6 days and were sad to leave. The bungalows great- clean and comfortable. The entire place is beautiful. Great pool, friendly and helpful staff, and next to our favorite beach on the island. If you rent a scooter it's a nice ride to the market and other parts of the island. We liked being on the quieter side, away from the main tourist area. Highly recommend!

Really relaxing and amazing value ”
Ninila is really amazing value for money. You can easily spend entire days just going between the pool and the beach (I did) eating your way through the restaurants (both cheap and expensive) in the Ong Lang beach area. I did! I actually preferred the closest beach to Ninila (left turn out of the driveway) to Sao Beach during my stay. It was super chill, sunset over the water and far fewer people. Easy 20 min walk or borrow a bike and get there super quick. A nice escape from the busy tourist vibes of a lot of the island. The owner Sunny is an absolute sweetheart and would do anything to make your stay comfy. The pool is the best part though, would look stylish in a 5* hotel. I had a great time and really relaxing visit to Phu Quoc for a fraction of the cost of a resort (and still enjoyed a fancy meal at Mango Bay). Thanks!
