We stayed here from March 11-14 and I was just amazed by the hotel staff, from the guards, to the cleaners and other hotel staffs. I would like to commend frontdesk officer Paolo who greeted us with a smile (even if it was just 6am in the morning, our flight was the earliest). He gave us all the basic details we need in terms of the tourist spots in Albay and even gave us directions on what jeepney to ride and how much is the fare. The hotel also had a swimming pool, at the 2nd floor, which myself and my family enjoyed on our 3rd day. The restaurant also had great food and great staff. The hotel location is really good as well. Jollibee and Robinsons supermarket are just a couple of meters away, literally. Our stay in Legazpi couldn't have been better without the cozy and hospitable service of Ninongs Hotel. Hope to come back again..

Our go-to stay for an early flight as it is very near the airport. Situated in front of a grocery and a stone throw away from the rotonda with many restaurants. Fair breakfast, better price point than the other 3star hotels in Legazpi. Front parking is very well appreciated.

location is accessible to all; room and basic amenities inside is just okay. i am pleased with the guards helping out in getting a ride for me and even showing the best route to go. but the lady in the front desk was not flexible and accommodating in terms of request for early check in, considering that most of the flights from Manila are very early in the morning. i am okay to pay additional charge but staff did not exert effort to check available rooms that early. breakfast buffet is simple which is just okay, however the two main viands for the entire duration of my stay do not taste good. i am happy with the egg though plus the fruits but even these took time to be replenished.

The hotel posts are misleading where they told in the public that that this hotel offers a BUFFET BREAKFAST but they ONLY OFFER a PLATED ONE ( bacon,tocino,hotdog,ham) silogs meals are offered to you. The tiles are broken and they never put a signage that this may cause accident. They offer me a room on the other side of the hotel with no elevator and the window view is not nice.... but I told the front desk to change it asap. HOUSE KEEPING IS VERY EXCELLENT! I am particular with the food because i booked it for they offer a buffet breakfast! Whereas, there is a seminar on going and the breakfast served is buffet. Next thing is the aircon got leak and not fully conditioned the room. The window panes are dirty
