Can’t find a better hotel than this in Tokyo!”
This is honestly the most value-for-money hotel you could possibly find in Tokyo. It is conveniently located in the quiet neighborhood of Aoyama, within walking distance to Gaiemmae and Sendagaya metro stations. From my room I could see the Meiji Jingu Gaien ginkgo avenue. The rooms are well appointed, extremely spacious and very very clean. Furniture is very new as the hotel was recently renovated in 2017. And let me just gush about its facilities - the free public bath! I love to go there for a good soak after a whole day of walking in Tokyo, the jacuzzi bath is amazing.

This hotel location is perfect for panning to see the cities of Tokyo! Clean and amazing staff! Love that there was always a taxi out front and the family mart in the downstairs area! Oh and the money changer machine in lobby! Have recommended to friend and family and will definitely stay again!

Amazing Hotel!!!”
Phenomenal hotel that is close to both Shinjuku and Shibuya area. While it is close to busy regions of Tokyo, the area around the hotel was very luxurious and quiet. I had no problem arriving at the hotel from Narita (via the Skyliner and Ginza line - Gaienmae station). When I arrived, the check-in service was amazing. Cleanliness and the view from the room were all amazing. I highly recommend this hotel. I would love to visit again.

Great solid hotel”
This is my experience as an English-speaker. I stayed here because I wanted to be close to the baseball stadium and look into it. I was pleasantly surprised to find that there were games being played in late November. The location is about a 8 min walk from the train station which is not bad for Tokyo. There's a convenience store on site, and a few more down the street. It's on the Ginza line so it's perfect for getting between Shibuya and Ginza. The address is Shinjuku but it's really on the very border, closer to Shibuya. Internet was fast, staff was friendly and helpful, everyone I spoke to was fluent in English.

Great value for money in a quiet part of Tokyo”
My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. Several things we loved about this hotel: 1) It's in a quieter location of Tokyo. 2) Conveniently located; it's not too far by foot from Harajuku, Shibuya, Aoyama and Shinjuku. 3) It has a public bath that's very well-maintained and open until 1 am. 4) Staff was very welcoming and all spoke great English. The only thing we didn't like was the size of the room; but I think it's typical of mid-range Tokyo hotels. Highly recommend!

Super close to the public transport (train stations), quiet area and perfect to relax, fantastic amenities and there is a convince store down stairs which was a major bonus. Highly recommend if you want to explore the Shinjuku and Shibuya areas - super close to both.

Awesome Stay”
I've stayed in a number hotels in Tokyo, and this one has become my favorite. About a 5-7 minute walk from the metro station. The view from the lobby and the rooms overlooks a beautiful baseball stadium. The room is spacious considering Tokyo standards, and very clean. The staff is awesome and incredibly helpful and accommodating. I would 12/10 recommend this hotel and plan to stay here for all future trips to Tokyo.

My favorite hotel in Tokyo”
Love this hotel so much that I rebooked this for my second trip to Tokyo. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. Everything in the room amenities just works. The staff is super nice. The only minor thing I can complain about is that it's 8 minutes walk away from the metro station, which is a bit far.

Exceptional”
A great hotel that overlooks the baseball stadium and school field. If you are a baseball enthusiast, this hotel is a dream come true as you lounge on your bed that overlooks either fields and their games. Service and amenities are top-notch, felt like a 5 star hotel. The yukata, bedding, bathroom, and public bath/onsen felt really of high quality and gives a luxurious touch. There is also a Family Mart right at the first floor that makes it very convenient. I believe there is also a cafe next to it that services American cuisine (pancakes, breakfast etc.) The public bath/onsen (with jacuzzi) congestion meter is also provided in your room TV, to avoid crowds. The only downside is that the hotel may be a bit far from any metro stations. Do check it out carefully, especially if you are carrying heavy luggages and/or coming via JR Lines. The nearest JR line (Sendagaya) is about 15-20mins walk away, while the nearest metro (Gaiemmae) is about 5-10 mins walk. However, if you can bear with the distance especially with a cool weather when travelling, this hotel is really good.

Exceptional”
Upon arriving my partner and I were given a room on the top floor, however, during the night he was unable to sleep due to the high altitude and got sick. We went down to reception the next morning and they immediately tried to find us a new room on the bottom floor. We had already made plans so after the new room was ready they helped us move our bag. Thank you so much to the staff who helped us! The rooms were very clean and the public bath was super spacious with a cold bath, jacuzzi and a hot bath. The only con would be thats its a bit far from the station but still walkable (6 mins walk). I would highly recommend this hotel!

Great new hotel in the center of town”
I requested a view of the baseball grounds and that's what I got. Rooms very new and modern. Bed comfortable. I didn't really get to try any of the other facilities as there are a lot of nice cafes and restaurants in walking distance. I would definitely recommend. I'm airline and live in hotels.
