Mesmerized trip”
Walking into the hotel room filled with excellent amenities and with a 6-meter-wide panoramic window with beds and desk facing Mount Fuji was breathtaking. It was worth waking up in the early morning before sunrise to see Mt Fuji, a World Heritage site, right in front of us. The morning sunrise on the right made it so refreshing and calm where we truly felt absorbed away from the city. We will definitely go back again to refresh our bodies and mind, physically and mentally.

Incredible view Staff members are all very professional and sincere. Very kind It made me so comfortable despite the fact the hotel is really really fancy but no snobbishness. Rooms are nice and clean with a direct view of Mt. Fuji. We were lucky to see a fantastic view of the mountain in the early morning, a must see! Breakfast was good and you can enjoy the great scenery. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel but be careful which room you choose ”
I can totally recommend this hotel but if you are making reservation from Agoda please be careful what type of room you reserve. Some rooms has a beautiful scenic view of Mount Fuji and some room has no view , you can only see car park. If you are coming to japan for travel and wanna enjoy Mount Fuji view just make sure your room has view or not. Also price is almost 2 times higher for the rooms which has mount fuji view. Also my reservation was at 14:00 and staff told me your reservation appears at 18:00 . I think it was not a miss of hotel and they give me a drink ticket to wait until my room clean. Staffs are very helpful I really enjoyed and I definitely recommend here to all

Stunning views of Mt. Fuji. Only drawback is reliance on hotel shuttle bus for the 30-minute haul to and from the town center. Fine for a short visit. Be sure to get the nicely prepared breakfast, as their are no other options nearby.

A little luxury”
Stayed here for a night to get a little break from life. The staff are super polite and the hotel is gorgeous. My room was the cheapest but it wasn’t bad. The curtains were dirty though. I also used the spa which is very expensive but really worth it if you can spare the money. Highly recommend, especially if the weather is nice!

However, the it was not a high grade hotel at all, thus not my style. The great view of Mt. Fuji was all about the hotel. That's all.

Great hotel if you can see Mt. Fuji ”
Great location and stay IF you can see Mt. Fuji. Otherwise this hotel does not have much value. Do not have any hot spring, pool nor gym. It is pricy in light of amenities. Staff are generally courteous except Ms Tajima who tried to sell higher price room. Not sure we will back

The lady who greeted us at the entrance was terrific.She was friendly and was able to converse somewhat in English. Front desk staff were okay too. The hotel is some distance away from restaurants and convenience stores we chose to eat in. It was a bad decision. We waited approximately 15 minutes for a drinks menu and then another ten for our food menu. The staff were very skilled at adverting their eyes whenever they walk past our table. In fact by the time we got our menu the couple next to us who had arrived just after us we are halfway through their main course. I’m not saying it’s the reason but it seemed this who spoke Japanese were at a distinct advantage time wise. At least it gave us 25 more minutes of consciousness before we looked at the prices. We elected to eat from the menu at the back which had the cheap food. The reheated frozen curry and hamburger like substance was barely edible but at a premium price. The room was comfortable but should’ve brought supplies

Memorable. Gorgeous property”
I had serious doubts about staying here purely due to its location and relying on the shuttle bus, but we went ahead and tried it anyway. And wow, we were so happy we stayed here. First, the free shuttle bus to-from Shizuoka station was quite frequent, say on a hourly basis or so. So, it worked out perfectly fine. The schedule is posted on their website, so you can check it out there with their map location too. Very easy. The shuttle bus departs 'ON THE DOT' though...so make sure you get there EARLY. They don't sit around and wait. Then, we got upgraded to the Twin Room with Mt Fuji view room. Wow..This has got to be one of the biggest rooms we've had in our entire trip, as far as japan standards and the view was just impeccable. What a great way to relax and have a cup of tea outside with such view. Expansive, relaxing and memorable. The room was very modern, natural light and clean. Ample toiletries in the bathroom. Very urban. The breakfast was a buffet in a gorgeous setting overlooking Shizuoka. They had a good selection of mix asian, not too Japanese, but also some western food. A very good balance. Probably one of the most expansive breakfast spread we've had in our entire trip. Do explore the property grounds for a walk and photo. It was really relaxing and beautiful. Would've loved to take my parents here. Hopefully next time :) Really happy about this choice. Thank you!

Just Gorgeous”
After taking care of my JR seat reservation, I exited Shizuoka station and the shuttle bus is just across from the entrance and I got on it 5 minutes before departure. Just great timing !! It took about 30-35 mins to reach the hotel & checking in was a breeze and when I entered my room I was completely blown over by the majestic view over my balcony. It's definitely worth every penny and the ambience of the whole place is just superb. I don't think there's swimming pool in this hotel, but I didn't mind it because it's the view of Mt Fuji that I was after & for 2 days the usually elusive mountain made a glorious appearance in various shape & form. Buffet style breakfast was fabulous & yummy, unfortunately the Japanese breakfast was a bit of a let down. Dinner's menu and quality is also top of the class. Staff are all very courteous and helpful. There's a shuttle service to and from the Nihondaira Ropeway & that's very useful. Overall mark 9.5/10

Room was nice, staff were friendly and food was great. The property has a large garden and beautiful views overseeing Shizuoka city and the harbour. On a clear day, the guests will be able to see Mount Fuji in its full glory. My favorite place is the lounge terrace where you can enjoy breakfast with the beautiful scenery behind you. The air is crisp and fresh. While the hotel has a spa, it does not have a bath facility (Ofuro お風呂、rotenburo 露天風呂) as per other Japanese hotels. It will have been ideal to have such bath facilities with the beautiful scenery view.

We were looking for sleeping with Mt. Fuji which was behind the cloud during our stay. We did enjoy the hotel, for the food, the view (without and without Fuji) and the service. A good place to relax if you are around Shizuoka.
