A room with futonssss and tv. Basic kitchen facilities, hub bathroom. 30min travel to the central of Kyoto. Great communication from the owner/staff.

A small room in a quiet area”

I booked this apartment in Kyoto because I could not find a hotel room at a busy festival time (Gion Matsuri) It served the purpose well. However it is over a kilometre from the nearest station and this made for an arduous trek with luggage in humid July. Even making allowances for the wide angled lenses routinely used to enhance the appearance of rooms online, I was surprised how small it was. The unit is on the third floor accessed by very steep steps. If you have luggage this may be an issue. There is a convenience store nearby with an ATM.

Great price and decent walk from the train station”

I received the instructions via email and honestly it could be better, but once I found the place, the next 2 days were easy. Clean apartment large enough for a Trio in a nice quiet neighbourhood and I would definitely stay there again on the next trip to Kyoto.

찾기 어려운 숙소”

숙소는 찾고 체크인 하는데 1박2일이 걸렸습니다. 숙소도 먼지가 많고 청결상태는 좋지 않았습니다. 그러나 일본 마을의 한가운데 있어서 마을사람들의 사는 모습을 볼 수 있고, 조용해서 휴식하기 참으로 좋았습니다. 다른 료칸이나 게스트하우스보다는 개인의 공간을 쓰기도 좋고 주방이 따로 있어 요리도 해먹을 수 있었던 것은 참으로 좋았습니다. 체크인방법과 숙소위치 안내만 잘 해주시면 아주 만족도가 큰 숙소일것 같습니다.

很便宜，但是真的有点偏僻”

价格是真的很便宜，但是位置对于游客来说真的不够方便。1、地铁走路要十五分钟，而且西大路站没有电梯，大件行李只能自己扛上扛下了。我开发出来最便捷的交通方式就是大概离公寓几百米远的84路公交车了，买张500元的通票乘坐一天，但是需要换乘一到两次才能到达诸多景点，每次耗时最少一小时以上，如果赶上假日发车班次是一小时一班，并且晚上九点多就停了，再想回公寓就得借助google地图去找其他交通方式了，比如坐地铁到某个站点再走回去，有一天晚上十点多我就走了1.5公里回去的。2、公寓在三楼，没有电梯，所以有大件行李的人要好好考虑一下了，楼梯比较陡峭，行李真的不好拿上拿下。3、公寓里电器等设施齐全，电视、洗衣机、微波炉、吹风机、雨伞、吸尘器，还有炉子可以熬点粥喝。4、有蟑螂，住了十天抓了好几只1.5厘米大小的蟑螂，睡在垫子上很没安全感，怕蟑螂从身上爬来爬去。5、wifi电量充足，可就是上不去网，打开个网页要等很久，估计是上个租客把流量用超标了吧，到我这连个文字新闻看着都费劲。6、窗帘是不够宽度的，盖了这边盖不住另一边，一点也不用考虑租客的隐私吗？而且因为窗帘太窄，所以不管白天晚上都透光，影响睡眠。7、租到第三天厕所的灯居然坏了，晚上进厕所只能开着门才有亮光。7、好处是周围确实很安静，但是冰箱很吵，睡眠轻的人要注意。8、周围有个7-11，麦当劳，不远处有个卖婴儿用品的西松屋（晚上八点关门），就没别的饭馆了。总之，对于我来说这间公寓真的很便宜，但是真的有各种不方便。

房間髒，走廊髒又有蜘蛛網，沒人管理，地板還有陰毛等污穢之物，這種房間還放在網路供人預定

便宜，五臟俱全，對面還有公園，非常有生活感的民宿”

1.離西大路站走路約12~15分鐘， 2.往住宿的路上有麥當勞，車站附近有超市還有一些吃的 3.住宿轉角有7-11 ，附近大概是工業區所以晚上都蠻暗的 4.算是自助型的民宿吧！感覺很像自己家一樣，不會有人打擾你ＸＤ 5.設備非常齊全，還可以洗衣服，睡的也很舒服，晚上很安靜 6.坐到JR京都站只要3分鐘，但轉線就會花一些時間
