Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Location was perfect as it is right across Hakata bus & metro station, as well as the huge mall. The room was impeccably clean and well-kept. The onsen on the basement floor was very nice too. I fully enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again whenever I visit Hakata. *The Korean speaking receptionist at the check-in counter was very helpful and kind. Thank you again!

Love we have food massage machine in the room. Onsen is super nice and clean. Located right night to Hakata bus terminal n JR station. Malls is walking distance. Loads of restaurants options underground n in the mall. Staffs are friendly. Convinient store right downstairs. Nothing to complain . Will stay again

Excellent location , 3 mins walk from JR station. Staff are friendly and helpful. This hotel has hot bath facilities which is relaxing after a day out. A convenient store is just located on 1/F of the hotel with direct entry. I was staying on the ladies floor and it will be nice if there’s vending machine and microwave on ladies floor. I will definitely go back.

I have stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The room is the normal small size Japanese hotel room. But the bed is large for a single room comparing with most of the Japanese hotel. Check in and check out was efficient and was greeted by the staff. Good selection and quality for the buffet breakfast. Not a lot to select from, but everything is nicely presented and delicious. The tables in the restaurant are spaced apart, not tightly packed as other hotel breakfast room. There is a public hot bath in the hotel, with both indoor and outdoor pool, as well as a sauna room. Great to relax here after a full day of activities.

The ladies floor is awesome, the ladies single room provides amenties like foot massager, mirrors, nice ID, humidifier and many more. A great room to relax at after a tiring day. There’s coin laundry and vending machine, also Lawson convenience store is just below the hotel.

The room was small, but it is like most of budget hotels in Japan (Their rooms are mostly small). But the location was good, and hot spring was extremely good. I would stay there if I go to Fukuoka again.

I also rent the meeting room in this trip but not satisfied with the room. The ventilation in the room is poor. Also we are not allowed to eat or drink, even water in the room. It is difficult for a 8 hours meeting without water. I know we can get water from the drink bar, still not convenient and we cannot break out the meeting so frequently to walk over for some water.
