It was the great to choose here. All of the staff were kind and helpful. Also it was easy to get any popular places from this hotel. The room was clean and warm enough in winter. I highly recommend here to stay!

Enjoyable stay ”
Great location. Room is just right for two persons, with ample space to open luggage. We enjoyed our daily breakfast with a good view all around the river. Wifi in the room is spotty so we had to rely on our pocket wifi. There is no central airconditioning, so we had to open our windows for cooler air. Might be a problem if traveling with children.

Great location & strong shower but hard beds”
If only the beds were soft, and wifi was fast, i would give this place an exceptional rating. I wasnt able to sleep well because the beds and pillows were really hard! I hope the pillows were atleast soft I slept for only 2 hrs, i was so exhausted, and the checkout is early! 10am! I hope it was 11 atleast! What i love here is the shower. The pressure is 11/10! When i say strong water pressure, this is the winner!! Bathroom is of good size, i like that the toilet bowl and bath is in one room not like the other japanese inns. The walls are not that thick, u can hear the other room when they are talking loudly or laughing.u dont have to worry if they have blackout curtains coz theres a sliding wooden window to block the outside light. They have electric kettle to heat water, mini fridge, hair dryer which blows average just like the other inns. And oh btw, they have very slow wifi!! 😩 i hope they can improve the 2 most impt things: wifi and bed! The view is very nice, u can see the view of the river and buildings. Room is spacious compared to other motels. Great customer service. A/c cools well enough. My complaint is that i know i selected a non smoking room and i got the smoking floor, i was exhausted when i arrive the inn so i didnt think of changing our room. I put the a/c to high fan and the more i smelled the smoke so i wasnt really able to rest well. This is a nice place to stay if u dont mind a hard bed, but honestly, i will not check in in this place again coz of the bed and the wifi unless they improve these things

Good central location. Spacious room by Japan standards. Breakfast at the 13th floor was good with a view of the river. Wifi in the room is spotty so we had to rely on our pocket wifi. No central airconditioning, so we had to open our window for some air. Might be a problem if traveling with children.

I will stay here again”
Rarely there is a hotel which I would like to go back again, but Nishitetsu Inn Fukuoka will be my first choice if I am going back to Fukuoka again. Situated between Nakasu-kawabata and Tenjin stations, it is very convenient to go to both directions. Also very close to restuarants and stores. Rooms are clean and neat, price is reasonable, staff are friendly and helpful with good English standard. No wonder why it is chosen as a crew hotel by some local airlines.

GREAT HOTEL”
I love the Nishitetsu chain! This hotel was no exception--centrally located, great room and very helpful staff. I had questions about local gyms, and the staff researched it for me! I had great views of the canal, and the hotel is only a short walk from Canal City and other Fukuoka attractions.

Good Hotel And Location”
Nishitetsu Inn is located right next to the river, nearby the busy Tenjin and Nakasu. Having said that, it means it's located between two metro stations. Room-wise, it's quite alright for a hotel in Japan. It also has the laundry room, just in case you need it, and it costs 300 Yen for washing and drying. I truly recommend this hotel.

good centre location in tenjin, accessible to both gion and akasaka. staff speaks excellent english and very helpful, we forgot to bring an adaptor and borrowed from the hotel for 12 days while doing road trip in kyushu. clean room and good size in japan standard, will be our first choice if visiting fukuoka again.

Good location and cost performance”
This hotel is located in the center of Fukuoka City, very near to Tenjin business area and Nakasu fun area. They have a lot of varieties of breakfast menu. When I am going back to Fukuoka, this hotel is one of my second homes. Only point that they must improve in room storage. There is no enough storage in the room, so I must keep my clothes and other things in my travel bag.

Strategic location”
Pro : easy access from Subway Tenjin Station exit 16. Walking distance to Yatai ( street food stall ) located beside the river, red light district, shopping and restaurants. The room is clean and breakfast was good. One convenient shop (Lawson) just next to the hotel. Con : as usual the room is small. Mirror too low in the room. Bathroom basin also too low that very difficult for washing and cleaning. No mineral water and spoon supply in the room.

Best Location, Nice spacious twin rooms, Clean and Great Views of the River”
We booked 5 rooms in this hotel for our family during the Christmas holidays. This hotel location is perfect, it's just beside the river and in between many sites, the Tenjin area is just a few blocks away, the Nakasu area just across the river. The ACROS Hanging Garden Building and Park is exactly across the road. Hotel rooms are quite big for Japanese city standard. The view from the room facing the river is perfect and relaxing. Staff are ok, sometimes a bit hard to understand English but they are friendly and helpful.
