Nice and clean small rooms perfect for couples. Very clean bathroom and friendly staff. Location is near Fushimi station, neat coffee shops, convenience stores and bus stop going to Chubu centair airport.

The room and bathroom are bigger than other hotels in Japan. The staff was just alright. 5-8walking distance from the station, it is acceptable.

Great Value and location”
-It's located nearby Fushimi station (forgotten which exit) , it's suppose to be very nearby the hotel but the exit was close on Sunday and public holiday. So, I need to carry my staircase and use a big turn to get into hotel using Google map. - Am staying in ladies floor with 2 single bed, it's quite spacious for Japan business hotel. - I would advise to book for 2 single bed if there are 2 person staying in the room, my sis got the 1 bed and it's quite small for 2 person to sleep and open the luggage. - There is a 7-11 and family mart nearby with lots of Izakaya food chain which open till 3 or 5am. - Very nearby to red light district but it's located at quiet and safe area. - Walking distance to Sakae area. - Nearby airport bus stop, its 5-8 minutes walk.

The hotel is near to the subway but quite a distance from Nagoya station. If taking a train, you have to spend a little more on transportation. If you are fine with walking it might not be an issue.

Wonderful service from Nishida-san and Suzuki-san and the Hotel in general ”
We stayed two nights at the hotel and I would like to commend two of the staff (Shuhei Nishida-san and Suzuki-san) at Nishitetsu Inn at Nagoya, who went out of their way to assist us on our last night staying at the Inn. I had lost my spectacles in Kanazawa and the hotel in Kanazawa was due to send them over to the Nishitetsu Inn at Nagoya. However on our last evening there the spectacles still had not arrived but they spent a long time trying to help us locate the status of the parcel, and also making alternative arrangements should the spectacles arrive after we leave the hotel. The day after we had left the hotel, Nishida-san had still called the hotel in Kanazawa to enquire on the status and updated us via email. We are very impressed by their service and effort going above and beyond what was required to assist us. In addition, even though we had requested for staff not to clean our room while we were out, they left a package of fresh towels and other amenities outside our door which was a pleasant gesture when we returned - this is not something we typically experience at other hotels.

the room very clean...same with toilet bath, ohhh anything is worth to get a clean toilet bath, i praise those in-charge. room big enough for asian size. its 15 mins away leisurely walk from sakae where mitsukoshi and matsuzakaya are and for more dining options. osu-kannon is 20 mmns away leisurely walk. sakae and osu are on opposite directions from fushimi. science museum max 5mins walk. exit a and yoshinoya behind you, walk towards yoshinoya and turn right on that st. walk straight and you will see a circle with K on it, i call it circle k, its a convenience store, turn left there, and the hotel is a few steps away. infront of nagoya trusty hotel. i would prefer to stay in the sakae area nxt time bec im lazy, not bec fushimi is far.

Upon checkout, I was unable to secure a final hotel receipt from the receptionist for my business records and as a ‘sign-off’ to close-out my stay at the Nishitetsu Inn. Although I completed a hotel registration form, provided my credit card and passport info and stayed as a guest at their hotel for two nights, the receptionist said that he would not give me a final hotel receipt because, apparently, I did not have a direct contract with them since I had made the reservation through Agoda. To presume this would mean that, because I made the reservation through Agoda, any potential claims or liabilities for my stay would rest with Agoda and the hotel. As a frequent Agoda user, I believe that this is a fundamental mistake on the part of the Nishitetsu staff. Can anybody please correct me if I am wrong? Which brings me to my point; although I enjoyed my stay, I can’t help but to have mixed feelings about this hotel. I found that the female staff at the front desk were attentive, helpful, friendly and good problem solvers, while their counterparts where, well, not exactly. Their tendency to rigidly micro-manage everything, either caused them to succeed wildly or fail miserably, sort of like a non-user friendly super-computer that could use a bit of fuzzy logic technology. Anyway, if you’re looking for a nice place to stay with great guest rooms, this place is it.

Free breakfast is good Italian sandwich with salad and coffee. Room size was OK. Staff are very helpful. Location is one station away from Nagoya Station plus a short walk. K Convenience store is very close. Sakae and Osu Kannon can be reached by walking. Taxi ride from Nagoya station will cost less than 1000 Yen. There is nearby Yamachan restaurant which serves the best Nagoya Chicken Wings. Highly recommended hotel.

Low cost Business Hotel”
We pay less than USd 70/ night for the room in Nishitetsu. The place is near to Sakae and we walk to Sakae in 10 mins. The room is small but they always do proper cleaning and comfort for staying, which is quite impressed, 3 stars hotel with 5 stars service.

Good value and location”
I stayed two nights at the Mishitetsu Inn while visiting Nagoya. It is billed as a business hotel so there are not too many frills but the staff was friendly and the room was clean and very comfortable. The price was very reasonable and it is conveniently located less than 10 mins away from two subway stations. There are several convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The hotel breakfast selection was a bit limited but adequate to start your day. I did have some trouble with the Wifi on one of my devices but it was a minor complaint. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

When I just arrived at the hotel, I thought I chose a wrong hotel. However, after settling down, I was wrong. I spent about 10 minutes to walk to Sakae, and I found shops and restaurants there. Is there nothing at Fushimi? No, I could find restaurants and convenient shops easily. Other than those, I could reach Nagoya Castle and Museums on foot easily. The room is good and clean, and it is a safe hotel since if you don't have the key card, you cannot reach the rooms' floors. You cannot even enter the gate without the card after 00:00. For me, the breakfast is good.

My stay in the hotel was very comfortable. My room was made up everyday with the towels changed daily. The linens were kept very clean daily. The shampoo and shower gel were of the best quality and branded at that. Though the room was quite small its cleaness was compensation. The location of the hotel was right in the middle of the city. It's very accessible to public transport and average and good restaurants were just around the corner. Ii will definitely come back to this hotel when I will visit nagoya again.
