              makkelijk bereikbaar

              Een goed hotel. prijs-kwaliteit verhouding is goed. de kamers gelegen rond een zwembad en zijn netjes. De badkamer, helaas alleen douche, geen bad, is eenvoudig maar netjes. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het restaurant verzorgt een goede maaltijd tegen een redelijke prijs.

              Good value, quiet, basic amentities”

              Located on the main highway, it has good road access, The facilities are basic but pleasant and quiet. The staff are helpful. There are only a few shops nearby like McDoanlds and there will soon be a new hypermarket along side of it.

              Not satisfactory ”

              First worst experience I faced in my booking via Agoda , previously also I booked hotels in special discounts , but this time Al wadi provided with worst room they have , we booked 3 rooms for 3 nights , one room there was shower pipe leakage , and we found bed bug (took picture of the same and shown the reception) they refused to provide us a change (another good rooms) , first they informed they can’t give three rooms together later after seeing this bug issue they were compelled to provide us with new rooms( as we loose our cool) . The reception staffs are not so friendly or pleasing , very depressive and unwelcoming face , and dull lighting at the corridor reminds of some ghost house . Only positive thing was the restaurant had breakfast 3 Days the staff at the restaurant was very pleasing , professional and very welcoming and the breakfast was tasty too . So in total I won’t be choosing Al wadi any more to stay .

              the standard rooms are very very old but its clean and good the deluxe rooms by the pool are the best the pool is very good and the hotel is very flexible with checkout.

              Room is lower than 3*, without mat in the floor. Dinner is bad. Very noisy at night, mostly from bar visitors.

              Room below standard”

              I came on the evening, expecting a decent place to rest. But I was met by a dark and gloomy room. Immediately asked for a brighter room, but apparently all room are the same. The good thing they offered to replace the light bulb with a brighter one and it solved that problem. But, another one raise, that is the AC. It was very loud even at lowest fan speed, and there simply no workaround this time. Other thing, the door lock doesn't seem to be working properly, also the bed was awful. And lastly, the breakfast was also poor. Overall I would avoid this place, good thing I only stayed for one night.

              In Sohar for business, the rate was very reasonable and the locaiton excellent. The rooms are big and comfortable; a bit outdated. The breakfast buffet could be improved in terms of selection. Need better coffee!
