Hotspring is disppointing”

During the time I was in Miyazaki, the weather is quite bad and it kept raining. The outdoor rooftop hotspring has no indoor showering place, so we had to shower in the cold. The hotspring and shower area are not covered too, which make it even unpleasant. The indoor hotspring is separated, locating at basement.

Private onsen didn't work”

We reserved a room with a private onsen. However, the private onsen didn't work due to the heater was damaged due to raining. Staff said there is no way to fix by the same day and we cannot use the facility and this totally disappointing me. We spent double money for this room but we could not enjoy the facility

Geweldig”

I stayed here after staying two nights in Miyazaki for one night. This hotel is very closely located near Aoshima shrine (jinja) and it only takes few minutes to walk on the beach. Bus station isn't so far away, only about 5min walk, so we went to Sun Messe Nichinan and also Obi during our stay here. I stayed in the sea side view room, which was amazing to look at but you can't see anything out in the dark. There aren't many stores around here and shops close pretty early, except some restaurants and izakaya. Staffs were very nice, they followed us to the room when we checked in to greet us and show how the Japanese traditional ryokan style hotel works. The building is bit old, to be honest and the spa isn't very high end but it was alright. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. I definitely recommend !

Even though location is far from city center, we could get where we want by bus. Clean, kind and roof top spa is an amazing, also have inside spa. Near Aoshima island and few restaurants were very gooood nearby.

Original price is mis-leading”

The room was not worth the original price which is about JPY 43,000. The hotel was OK but it needs renovation.

working hard to help”

They tried their best to help although we cannot speak Japanese. Their management replied my request even a lot quicker than Agoda and solved our problems before we set off. Agoda only call me the 2nd day after I return home. That's why I will recommend this hotel to others. The location is convenience since we are driving. Not sure it is convenience for those who take public transportation. The beach is so beautiful if you have time you should enjoy it. it has amazing night view. i love it.

While the staff were helpful, this property is in sad need of either complete renovation or a bulldozer. On top of the poor facilities we were greeted with an addition "hot tub tax" of 600 yen for the pleasure of not using their hot tob facilities ..... they were not clean. Most disappointing experience booking through Agoda. You shouldn't even be selling this property.

Nice hotel, close to Aoshima JR station and Aoshima Shrine. Buffet breakfast has quite a good variety of western and Japanese food for selection

Great location to Aoshima and hotel was clean. It needs a renovation though. I would stay here again if the price was a little cheaper.

Right on the beach”

An older hotel, right on the beach. Our room was a mix of traditional Japanese and Western and quite large. There are two hot baths, one on then ground floor (with sauna and outside plunge pool )and another on the roof.

Reasonable choice when you visit Aoshima”

Pros: 1. Good Dinner 2. Kind staffs 3. Reasonable price 4. Nice location 5. Nice looftop hot springs Cons: 1. Quite old facilities 2. Closing time of hot springs is fast 3. Under construction in some place 4. Drinks in vendor machine was expensive

A due passi da Aoshima Shrine ”

Albergo datato, ma confortevole. Ad un km dall’isola di Aoshima percorrendo una bella passeggiata lungomare. Aria quasi californiana! Surfisti e un Beach Park con street food. L’hotel dispone di un parcheggio gratuito. Lo staff è molto disponibile. Camera grande, con una prima zona tatami e una seconda con due letti singoli, bagno piccolo (come quasi sempre in Giappone!), ma pulito e fornito di tutto il necessario. Piccola onsen sul tetto, rigorosamente separata tra uomini e donne. Non abbiamo invece utilizzato la onsen al piano -1. Colazione abbondante in stile giapponese con una piccola parte continentale.

人生で初めてお父さんと二人きり旅行でした。ホテルは古い感じですが温泉は満足、ただ電車は1時間1台で車がないと。。。それ以外は良いでした。

景色も人も大満足 ”

JALどこかへマイルで決まった航空券での旅で、ネットで調べると観光するには宮崎は車がないと、電車もバスも不便な場所そうでした。なので、景色と海の神社は好みな雰囲気なので青島滞在を決めて、ホテルはオーシャンビューに露天風呂で選びました。ホテルの向かいで日向夏を買いすぎたら、おばちゃんが運ぶの手伝ってくれ、ホテルの駐車場でスタッフの方が引き継いで運んでいただいたり。久しぶりの１人旅でしたが、いろんな人とたくさん話した旅でもあるかも。また、海辺の散歩やボタニカルガーデン、お外で食べる日向夏など柑橘類のおやつ、お昼ご飯のお店まで歩く。たくさん歩く、のんびり滞在だけしに行きたいです。

いい時代を思い起こすにはとてもいいロケーションですね。 最近の最先端の設備を求めないのであれば、とてもイイホテルです。 食事が良かった。 期待値を上げずに宿泊すればかつてのリゾート宮崎を体現できるのではないかと。 次は、海水浴シーズンに訪れたいかな。コスパイイですよ。

有名ホテルだが古い”

ジャイアンツのキャンプに使われる有名ホテルだが、今日的な基準にはとてもレベルが合っていない。リノベーションすれば蘇るのに、残念です。
