DON'T STAY AT THIS HOTEL !!!!! Words that can only describe this hotel: FILTHY, FILTHY, FILTHY!! We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights( Me and my Son ) .. Awful experience. The carpet and furniture were dirty, stained, there was a dirty towel left on the counter when we first came into the room, the microwave still had food remnants in it, the hair dryer was sticky with hairs on it! The door key into the unit bathroom was missing and the chain of the room door was missing also .., there were no sheet or pillow for my son , I asked the receptionist twice but they refused my requirements, the room service never showed up. In all my years of travel, I can understand that not all hotels stays are 100% satisfactory, but this one tops the list for sure...seriously...We paid 624 SR p/n (not cheap!)for staying in a filthy unsecure room. This is unacceptable. As far as I am concerned, I'm already spreading out the word...NEVER STAY AT THE BELAIR EXECUTIVE SUITES !!!

Poor maintenance. Broken floor (wooden Parquet). No toiletries as shown in the booking. Old furniture without maintenance. I have the photos to prove all these comments but no way to upload it here. Rude staff. Sofas are old and dirty. Could find cockroaches running here and there. Only plus point is the location & the parking.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times in the past year. The location is good for me and the value for money. However, on their website they advertise a gym and a steam room. This is false. The have said it is under maintenance for the last 18 months every time I ask. Blatant lie. Also, they advertise bathrobes. These are only imaginary. I asked for one and the reception lady said we don't give them. Also, when you call the reception for anything, they say someone will come right away, but then an hour later, nobody has still come round, so then I go to reception personally and they get someone to come with me to sort out the issue. The gym issue needs to be addressed and sorted ASAP, also the staff need to be a little more attentive.

Great lotion for food choices Jerrer mall within walking distance. Room was large and comfortable with 3 exceptions; had a lot of water damage to a wall outside bathroom. The floor was buckling up right where you walk I assume from same water leak. And every psuedo wood surface had polish applied but spray polish does not absorb into plastic Overall I would stay there again

Almost perfect ”

Room is nice and spacious too, no hair dryer, I called up for a slipper in the reception and inform me that they are out of stock but when I approach the attendant on the floor, he has provided me one,. Cleanliness is superb but when you open the tv using there remotes, remotes have molds on it. Space and room wise, it’s was almost perfect. Definitely will consider next time I will book a place somewhere in juffair.

i checked out at 1:30 pm on 25 June. the room charge was paid for in advance. i was the only customer at the checkout desk. the receptionist hardly answered my greeting, did not offer me to sit down, and was busy at his computer. finally he came around and told me that all was ok. i left. an hour later and 50 miles away i discovered that the receptionist did not return my id that they kept with them at the check-in time. i had to travel back to the hotel to retrieve it. very frustrating situation. unprofessional receptionist!

Worst place ever, Staff was un polite they didn’t had baby coat they were late in response my son slept on floor on sheet even there was no extra pillows nor mattress and room was full of dust even after cleaning. Moreover, Path was plugged. This stay was unbelievable and un describable. I don’t know how they were rated 8 they don’t deserve 2 honestly.

Pros: Its location nearby many restuarant and coffee shops ( you cqn by walk). Cons: The pictures are not showing the real cleanse and age of the furnature! Furnuture is old and and not fine and clean.

Belair is Overrated ( big mistake)”

I booked this hotel based on good reviews but since i arrived at 4:30pm and didn't have the suite ready and asked about the gym they told me it is out of service , i knew i fell in bad selection. Went up and found the smoking smell in the suite and asked for blanket and they don't have ! For the money i paid 47.5 BD i am sure i can get better deal next door, The K hotel... Or Ramee Rose or Atiram Premier.
