This hotel is well located in Umm al Hassam, close to local restaurants and the British Club. However, it is run down, and its rooms are tired and badly serviced. Plusses: Good value The bed was very comfortable The toilet flushed. There was water in the tap. The locks worked. MInuses: The shower was in such poor condition that we did not use it The AC was a noisy window unit The TV was old and the screen covered in a satin finish. The controller did not work The main door had fallen off its hinges and had to be slammed to shut it, disturbing other occupants. One of the lifts was out of order, with no substitute. About a storey and a half of stairs had to be climbed to reach the working lift. No breakfast was provided. There was no available wi-fi There were virtually none of the facilities one would expect at modern hotels Rating: barely 2* ...

not clean at all the wooden floor is damaged and not clean the bathroom is broken and water pressure is very low .. and not clean Window did not isolate outside noise probably .. and not clean no facilities at all, even the phone is not working although the staff are friendly, but i would not recommend it at all

Location in a quiet area, parking for car available, CA TV channels not clear and 99% of them are Indians. Water boiler available but no water , coffee, tea , sugar available. The bed is too hard like wood plate. but the sheet and pillows clear white and clean. SPA belongs to the hotel is outstanding. bathrobe, slipper, shaving kit, sewing kit, hair cap stuffs I didn't expect to have these stuffs in this ho

This is one the lowest facilies horal, staff are very bad , wash room very small, air condition not good, Please note do not book this hotal at all , I just experience on 14 august 2019 , This hotal have only one Elavator which is not good condition , This hotal need complete revocation with change new staff

I could not believe my eyes when I went into room. Bathroom ceiling paintings fell onto the shower. Shower box could not be closed. Mouldy room with wall paper falling off. Overall dirty and smelly room. They did not accept credit card so had to pay with foreign cash, as I had no local currency. Would never get back even if free. Avoid it.

Nothing stood out. I thought of the price but not even. Water on the sink is like droplets, the bowl flush cant even bring your poop down it stays and stink. The walls are dilapidated. Theres a big hole looks like a cabinet at first. Its creepy. Drinking glass is not clean it is blurry. Bad bad bad.
