                It is not supposed to be a 5 star property. I would rather give them 2 star.”
                Its an old property which is cashing on its brand image. The rooms are just average. Bathrooms are a big blunder here. Showers r not working. Hair dryer not working. Electricity goes out suddenly. Worst part is that u call any service be it house keeping or bell boy, u need to follow up for 3-4 times. We informed the reception for check out and requested for a bell boy. It took them 1 hour to send him. That too when we told them not to send anyone now. We were heading to bring our luggage ourselves. Reception guys r very slow at response. I would request not to go to this property. In fact other nearby hotels like Fern r very better options.

                Airport and shopping Hotel”
                This hotel has very pleasant gardens and pool with a well maintained gym. Front of house staff were excellent, especially reception. New restaurant on roof was OK. All but one waiter were pretty unfriendly. The hotel is not new but really does a great job and true value for money in our case. Especially the pool and spacious grounds. Really relaxing.

                bit disappointing! ”
                Thought it was a bargain as it showed as it was on sale during our booking period, but it is one of the good looking hotels from last centruary. first of all, the hotel is very far from jaipur city - 20 minutes drive. close to airport - 7 minutes drive. second of all, the wifi really sucks. it only allow you to log in with 2 devices and sometimes it have error log off if you want to switch devices. and during our first few days stay, we couldnt access the wifi completely from level 7. so we had to change room to level 6, which when the wifi only works sometimes. The only thing I liked about the hotel is that they got a nice gym (old equipements) but the gym is bigger than most other hotels. Hotel staff are super nice and friendly.

                A pleasant experience ”
                It’s just 5 mins drive from the airport... but have to travel 8 to 10 km to travel into major sites of city . Both breakfast and dinner were included in our 3 days stay which was convenient as it’s in outskirts although a big mall is within walking distance of the hotel . There is a 24 hrs awesome bakery called zolocrust inside the hotel . Do try their pastries. Rooftop restaurant is also a fine place to dine

                The property is a mess”
                The location is really nice and central. The property feels old. The rooms were small. The linen and towels felt like they have been used for years without replacement The wi-fi was slow and ran out of data very soon. The refrigerator in the room was empty. The staff did not come across as professional. The noise in the rooms was excessive. The buffet had good Indian food options but the staff was unable to handle the people with no service and they kept running of food. Overall it was a pathetic experience

                A beautiful property that is slowly running down”
                I've been here before and there is a noticeable decline in quality of the property as one sees the various small but nudging issues. The toilet and the tub look rather worn out. On the positive side the room is adequate, the air-conditioning is fair, and the breakfast spread is good. We could not use the pool due to a pool party that had taken up the area around the pool. While the hotel seems to get lots of business, building upkeep needs to be looked into seriously.

                Hotel is beautiful service is slow while check in given twin beaded room I have booked 3 rooms all are couples with 1 child took more than 1 hour 45 mins standing in lobby and requesting room service took more than 45 min for ice and chasers have a word with manager even later also was a same flow of service food was horrible no taste and cold 1 day at breakfast order for tea did not came we visit with family to have a good time but everything was opposite

                It was one of my most disappointing stays in a Hotel”
                We booked club room but the Hotel is telling me that they have only one type of room so we had no choice but to upgrade our room to Penthouse which was okay size wise but awful place. Bathroom drains were clogged and all wash basin stuff was leaking inside. The hotel did not provide clean bedsheets and for everything, they kept calling housekeeping till I got fed up. Locker in the room was not operational. AC in the hotel lobby and general areas was hopeless. I would rate this hotel as a poor 1-2 star facility. I will never ever visit this place nor would ask anyone to do. Worst star hotel I have been to in my working career.

                First off, this location is very easy to access from the airport. It is a short trip with minimal traffic, so if that is important to you take note! To see other major attractions within the city center, expect a 15 - 20 min taxi ride (or more, depending). This is also quite an old hotel. I was told by one taxi driver that it was opened in 1978, and overall decor definitely shows the age. It is rated as a 4 - 5 star hotel, however I beg to differ. To me it seemed old and outdated. The staff are lovely and very accommodating so they get 5 stars in my boook.

                This hotel is very old and not renovated. This may be considered as 3star hotel and value for money. Only advantage is its closeness to airport. Breakfast is good. Housekeeping service is average and need to ask for toiletries everyday.
