Rooms are outdated. Curtains were falling apart and bath towels were stained. Shower curtain in bathroom seems like it was never cleaned and bathroom mirror looked like it was also never cleaned. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

it is in a good place in the city centre with an acceptable price, however, the hotel facility can not satisfy us as it is a hotel which looks very old with the furnitures that are much older than me.

Relaxing Realaxing”

I got to Harare by bus from Johanesburg. After a long bus ride, I could have a really relaxing time in here. Staffs were very sophisticated and helpful. I asked about the flight information and gave me a satisfactory answer. The room was very clean and tidy. The location is a bit far from the bus terminal, but there are some supermarkets adn it's convenient.

Good location in centre of town”

Looking a little bit dated but an excellent choice if you want to stay in centre of town. Staff always cheerful and helpful and can't fault house keeping. Think I had four visits one day when all I asked for was fresh towel. Bed linen was changed, bathroom cleaned and room vacuumed. Restaurant is now only open for breakfast which cost USD10 if not included, but is fairly substantial and there are few other options nearby. Attached bar is a good place for an evening drink.

I was pleasantly surprised about the hotel. Staff were really great, helpful, polite and we'll presented. Rooms are rather jaded, beds comfortable, bathrooms dated and needing an facelift.Surrounding area could be off putting, and street noise rather disturbing.

Coming from SA, this is not the standard I expect of a 3 star hotel. Yes it's clean, there's hot water, DSTV and room service but this place is missing those fine touches that make a hotel really comfy. The room finishes are old and outdated, the linen is depressing (the base of the bed in our room had no frill/cover) and the food is quite frankly below par. I settled on a tiny scone for breakfast after barely making it through the muesli, fruits and yoghurt and the eggs and bacon.

Out of the 1990s and stopped there with little maintenance and renovation works; good location though; check-in was ok, and internet is (somewhat) working - ok at the restaurant/lobby but weak on the higher floor rooms; staff mostly friendly and as efficient as one can be in a run down hotel; room was prepaid through Agoda but hotel tried at check-out to charge the room again; tips added to my restaurant bills were not recorded on my folio - out of fairness I had to hand cash to the restaurant staff at check-out. Overall overpriced for the hotel conditions.
