Very comfy bed, proper sized bath towels, lavender pillow spray, great breakfast, lovely staff, very good evening meal - lots to like about this hotel!😊 Dislikes- poor quality toilet paper and extortionate overnight parking charges!🤔

Good location, comfy beds ”

We were a bit worried when we checked in as there was a wedding in full flow and we thought we’d be kept awake, but we heard nothing all night! The beds were super comfy and had a great night’s sleep. We used the spa and although there was a queue for the jacuzzi and the swimming pool was a bit on the cold side, it was good enough! Close to the station and good value for money - staff were also super helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay again!

Great night in Leeds ”

We went to Leeds for the first time to see Ed Sheeran at Roundhay Park which was fantastic. We stayed at Crowne Plaza and from the start the welcome from Erin was warm and very well organised. Although early Erin suggested if we went back about 1pm she would do all she could to get our room ready, whilst also being honest it was early than normal check in time. 1pm returned beautiful room allocated and the cleaning staff had done a fab job . Room was big , spotless,, light and airy. Organisation to give us details to get to Roundhay and what to look for if the weather got rainy was faultless , the hotel were ready to help muddy boots and all. Breakfast was tasty well presented , fresh with loads to choose from. Our only criticism was the coffee in the room was tasteless and the one at breakfast was not brilliant, but that would not stop us returning , already planning a return . Staff across the hotel were so lovely and a real passion for the hospitality business, refreshing change .

Friendly staff who were happy to help with anything. Clean spacious room and great leisure facilities. Breakfast reasonably priced if book in advance and good selection of food. Would return here if staying in Leeds again.

A pleasant welcome at the reception on arrival, I explained it was a 60th Birthday celebration and we got a free upgrade into the VIP Lounge. The full party thought the stay and staff where EXCEPTIONAL. Regards John Hartlepool

Food and facilities very nice. Only con was bar way too overpriced £14.50 for a bottle of Kopperberg and a double Diserano and coke. I respect that an additional fee should be added onto the price due to it being a hotel but I thought that prices was just extortion.

Only bad thing was we were awake most of the night with a party next door and had to call the duty manager to fort out the nose so I was very tired the following day

Birthday celebrations ”

My husband and I stayed for one night on a Saturday and we will definitely be going back. Perfect location to access the centre of the city. Our room was spotless and so comfortable, I actually contemplated staying in the room rather than going out.

Pros the facility's also being refurbished we wouldn't have known if the staff hadn't explained to us, this will only improve it making it more modern than what it all ready is. Situated closely to all amenities what a beautiful place to visit.
