The basic villa is good but due to pandemic, it is lack of maintenance..

AMAZING VILLA AND BEST LOCATION”

as the title, this villa is truly amazing .. I'd stay in 1 bedroom villa, the whole room is kept clean and tidy. every place and corner is clean, lighting throughout the house is good. there is a complete kitchen,microwave,coffee maker,knives, and even dishwashing soap,water dispenser,dining table,room amenities,there is 1 toilet and 1 large bathroom, a large mattress with an extra pillow, hair drayer, safety box, in the living room there is a TV cable and in the bed room there is also a TV, DVD player and TV cable all channel, there is a balcony above with a sofa and a spacious room to gather, large private pool with a depth of 2 meters. The man who manages the villa is very friendly, polite, greeting and very kind to help what we need, very friendly to domestic guest. located in the middle of a busy area, around there is a minimarket,cafe coffee,Pub,night club, very pleasant. I really recommend this villa to try and gathering. will definitely come back with big family. Thanks

Active construction made “ Villa” a nightmare!”

I stayed here in Oct 2019. Prior to my arrival I was never told that there was loud construction, including jack hammering, next door to my pool Villa. It made my stay unbearable. They offered to move me to a three bedroom villa but advised I would still hear the noise . To add insult to injury , I found dirty cotton swabs shoved inside a toothbrush box in the room . AC broke during stay , causing large puddling of water in my room . Nightmare stay , very disappointed.

Value for money”

One of the cheapest private villa around Seminyak area. Property is big, accessible to shops with superb service from staff. The only problem I had during our stay is the noise from the nearby club/bar at night.

A tranquil oasis in bustling Seminyak”

If you're looking for a private piece of paradise smack dab in the heart of Seminyak, look no further than Darma House Villa. My wife, myself and our three children (9, 6 and 6) had the pleasure of spending two splendid weeks in the luxurious 3 bedroom villa, complete with a massive private pool - which obviously was the kid's favorite place to be while staying there. The service was nothing short of marvelous. From the moment we were picked up at the airport to the day the entire staff waved us goodbye as we left; Lisa and her team did everything to make us and our kids feel like royalty. If something was broken - it got fixed right away. If something was dirty - it got cleaned instantly. And the fridge was always stocked with delicious bintangs :-). Would definitely recommend this as a 'base of operations' for families with young kids. You can relax for a day or two and then rent a car for a day to visit the many wonders Bali has to offer.

Look elsewhere ”

Pros - friendly and kind staff, organised a free pick up from airport Cons - massively outweigh the pros. Room smelt of sewerage with no fix. There is a pub that plays loud music all night (so no sleep) room cleaning happens late in the day (when you nap) and breakfast is cooked for you in your villa, which sounds nice but it’s actuslly quite horrible.

Cozy private getaway”

We got the one bedroom pool villa. It was lovely. It comes with an outdoor shower, 2 toilets and 1 bath. The bedroom is upstairs with a huge balcony. Our stay has been comfortable. It is close to plenty of restaurants and shops that can range from cheap to high end. Transportation around the area is not a problem. The villa is clean and well maintained. Nengah, the manager, took good care of us. We plan to come back here in our next trip to Bali. I would like to suggest to have a phone/intercom from the room to the reception area.

Nice open-concept villa near the services”

We live in the 3BR pool villa which was clean and nice. Good breakfast prepared in the villa by staff of a nearby warung. Location is in the dark side alley but felt safe and very near to restaurants and other services. Some maybe disturbing noices around (roosters, dogs, night club), but hey that's Bali and Seminyak! Traffic in Kuta area (incl. Seminyak) is terrible so prefer walking.

Not worth to stay”

there were hardly any facility due to communication problem also the breakfast options were worst. regarding cleanliness the washroom was smelling badly. the staff was thought bit polite but not much helpful.

Affordable villa ”

Love the space and morning wake up service and in villa breakfast setup ! Breakfast choice not too much , might be boring if long stay ! Staff are very very friendly , thank you for well hosting !

Great stay”

Had a pleasant stay here for my honeymoon. Got a spacious and private one bed room villa in 3 days. Near many great restaurants, would recommend everyone go to Sarong and Mexicola. Will stay here again if i have chance.

My Home in Bali”

Location was nice close to all nice resto and bars and massage parlor Around 15-20mins walk to the beach 20-25mins to seminyak square The staffs were great... esp to LISA. Thank you very much. The security was awesome to. The pool was big compare to other pool villa. I love the pool. We will book here again soon. See you again guys .

all else are ok. pool is bit deep and dirty. their staff tried their best to clean it but is the design I guess. other than that is ok.

Very pleasant stay for honeymoon.”

Booked a week for honeymoon. Quite place, nice staff, beautiful room, and nice pool. Very good price, compared to other chain hotels. Airport pickup and ride service for free. Although not close to main road, but for day trip, can be picked up by drivers, so donnot need to worry about the location. Close to local shops, spas, seminyak square, convenience stores, restaurants, all you need for a short stay, can be found within minute’s walk. Definitely will choose again if come next time.

Stayed here for 4 nights with my friends. The size of the villa was just right for four girls. Pros- location of the villa is absolutely good. Really near to hotspots such as potato head beach club, bars, restaurants etc. - like the fact that our villa is near a convenience store too (circle K) - bed was really comfortable and the villa itself was gorgeous, we felt like we could stay inside all day - beach towels were also provided for us - appreciate that a unicorn float was provided too but we didn't use it as it looked slightly dirty and out of air Cons- there was a slight confusion about the check in timing - be prepared for the insects (especially really big lizards or centipedes and millipedes in your bathroom) we didn't encounter any ant infestations or so, which was really great - bring your own mosquito repellants as there are mosquitoes around here - pool was a bit dirty but we made do with it, although we felt that the pool's chlorine wasn't that strong
