we booked 2 rooms. One of the room had awful faulty smell and other room furnitures are outdated. The owner is also a front desk staff. He was the most unfriendly person ever. They also allow their guest to smoke in front of guest room even though the room is smoking free. Save your money and book some where else

Nothing was open Pool Breakfast etc price wasn't lowered ”

Bathroom floor was dirty hair and sand and behind the bathroom door there was a used q- tip.The beds had hair on the sheets.lf our car hadn't needed to be worked on we would have went somewhere else.

Room was less than desirable. ”

No toilet seat lid. 3/5 light bulbs burned out. TV did not work at all. A/C loud. Pillows very small. No Kleenex. Stood in line for over half an hour to check in. Only 2 staff with lineups out the door on Saturday evening of a long weekend. Shampoo was nice. Bed comfortable. Staff friendly and patient. Quiet.

Room was small. Told the maid on the first day of our 7 day stay, that the towel rack in the bathroom came of the wall. Told reception after a few days, but the towel rack was not fixed in 7 days. There was a decent size fridge but without a freezer. Breakfast was adequate but could have had eggs other than just hard boiled. Made a reservation the day before checkout for an extra night, but couldn't be found in the system the following day. All in all good value for the price.

And in addition to title: * there were dozens of ants * room was as wet inside as it even possible, no air movement in the room at all to make it drier. Air conditioner was not able to make this happened.

They gave us a new room and that smelled like mold and mildew. The was mold on the bathroom ceilings. Nobody ever came to do the room and we spent two nights there that was none refundable.

The beds were large, the bathroom was clean, the room smelt amazing...couldn’t have asked for a better room for a better price. The breakfast was also really tasty.

Place was filthy black mold in rooms....bad smells in 2nd room after they moved us....weird bad people hanging around hotel....

The lobby facilities are renovated and look great, the staff was very nice and friendly, but the room was in very poor condition, walls with damp, repairs in bad condition, smell of moisture, doors in poor condition.

This hotel is in a good location.. siesta key , longboat key Anna Marie island all only half hour or less away . Nice pool and staff friendly.. Rooms need upgrading . Overall good value for the money

Centrally located to many of the attractions. The desk staff friendly and helpful. Rooms were fairly clean but not exactly soundproof.
