My flight left at 6:00am, had to be at the airport by 4:30am , the front clerk secured called a taxi at 7:00 pm for the am! Worried that they (taxi)would either be late or not come, the gentleman was right on time, dropped me at the door of the airport !

The place really needs maintenance and my room has a broken AC that kept me awake all night. Someone changed out an AC around midnight making as much noise as possible. I was there because I had a super early flight. You really need a car to eat around there especially because the 2 restaurants within walking distance are rarely open and extremely expensive. But if you were there for the airport a car wouldn’t make sense. You might as well stay in town if you were still going to drive to the airport but I had to Uber because there are no shuttles. No breakfast as advertised either. But from other places I’ve stayed and reviews I’ve read you’ll get the stuff you get here anywhere else.

Front desk guy was a little rude, not sure why. He told me that I would have to pay "HIS RATE" if we wanted to stay another night, not agodas price.

Worst Hotel I ever went to!!!!!!”
It took over an hour to get checked in because they couldn't find me in their system, it wasn't until they shut their computers off and back on is when I was found. I didn't get my deposit back because I was held responsible for something a prior guest did to the wall in the room that I didn't notice until check out, JUST ALL AROUND HORRIBLE!!!!!

This hotel is pitiful. No drinking cups, no ice, no changing towels, no emptying garbage, huge potholes in parking lot, can’t access the internet via Wi-Fi because of security issues, no management on site, front desk personnel absolutely horrific, heat doesn’t work, bathroom a death trap , walls paper thin, water lukewarm at best. i requested changing towels, emptying garbage, cups and ice per their customization policy - none of these were done. no water, water in shower so soft can't get clean

Remote would not work even after the staff-person switched the remote for a different one! It two falled to the test of high standard like turning on the stupid television,And it seemed as if he knew it wasn't going to do any better than the first one did. All in all your staff sucks. And with a dirty establishments as your, well you would have to have a superior exceptional, ya you headed it STAFF. So if I were rating your business you would receive a,3 out of 10 points. M.B.

I made my reservation which was non refundable I get there and they want a $100 deposit which I had on a different card they refused to use that and refused to give me a refund so I didn't get the room or my money back

We were early to check in..we had our room wthn 2 hrs..The staff were on point..Very quiet even though its by a highway... A real convience to the shopping areas either direction you go...I will recommend this place to froends and family
