Awful ”

Room reaked of smoke, AC sounds like a washer on spin cycle in your room, looks like it was furnished by goodwill, requires a $100 deposit that they will return in 2 to 10 days if your room is not damaged. Spend the extra cash and go elsewhere.

Acceptabel”

Absolutely disgusting. It smelled like a combination of urine and cigarette smoke. There were ants in the room. Holes in the walls. Dry pet food on the floor. No water pressure. Do not stay here.

Run down”

Fridge freezer has light but does not get cold. Sticky red Stains on carpet and fluid stains on walls. No utensils or pans and hallways smell of marajua

The hotel location was great. The room was filthy. There was a lot of suspicious activity that appeared to be drug related.

Missing from the extended stay hotel”

Misleading information on what comes with the room and it's kitchen in a extended stay hotel? They said, "We haven't had coffee makers in our rooms for years." What? I'll make a list: -they were out of coffee makers that they rent. Odd. No coffee makers in the room. - No dishes, silverware, pots and plans. All the kitchen drawers and cupboards were empty! No can opener in or coffee mugs either. They could supply some things you needed but to rent only. - No wastebasket, no clothes hangers, tv was wobbly. Took video of woobly tv. Half the lamps didn't work. -I doubt we'd stay here ever again.

One night and I had bites all over my back”

I dont know if it was bedbugs, but I only stayed 1 night and had bites all over my back?

Consistent”

Always a fan of the Extended Stay hotel chain. This particular one has to be the best location in Kansas City Metro area by far. Always clean and consistent. The staff are also very pleasant, easy to deal with and full of compassion.

Pros -room was decent size and had a kitchen Cons- kitchen was not clean neither were the bed sheets in the 1st room Got a 2nd room and there were burns on the kitchen counter and floor as well as sveral spots that were obviously missed during cleaning (luckily I took pictures). The lady at the desk wAs helpful and kindly gave me a 3rd room, after mentioning she didn't understand why they gave me either the 1st/2nd rooms (111 & 116) because they both were crap. Needless to say I woke up late and upon the rude cleaning lady busting in my room and demanding me to get out, she then proceeded with telling me I burned up the previous room; OMG I'm so glad I took pictures! Should have seen her face when I said I had picture. BY the time I got back to the front desk w my phone she was already refunding my stay which apparently I has to go through the site I booked on online.

It’s outdated and nothing fancy. But super inexpensive compared to all hotels around. It was clean and comfortable and the staff was super nice.
