Pro:new facilities Con: breakfast not good. too many hotels around so very traffic, front side very noisy. Reception is very slow and not helpful.we asked to change to back side, they accepted with a very complicated conversation, but downgrade my room

Cleanliness is great Design is great . I love the balcony design at every rooms. Facility is modern , new, high quality since it is just built Location is also great just right at the center Food is variable but need to improve the quality more Most Staffs are friendly. But some needs more training to smile more, helps to open taxi doors for guests. Highly Recommended

Well interior design, good service, walking distance to central areas”
I love the interior design of the room, fitness center is kind of small. The spa is great, I had massage everyday when I was there. The front desk is very nice, they packed our breakfast boxes when we left for the airport too early in the morning. Will definitely come back to this hotel.

Good facility, it locates near market. Staff friendly but need more training on service.”
The breakfast is not very good, not have much selections especial Dalat things, need focusing to update breakfast. Room is clean, new facilities. Staff althought not good in service but friendly, always smile. I parked my car 3 days and i must answer to security more than 3 days for reason why i parked. Housekeeping didnt refilled the hotel amenities althought i stayed 2 nights

Doesn’t have trained well staffs! ”
Its located very close by the DaLat night market! But they don’t know how to train their staffs , had a sign DO NOT DISTURBed on but they still came in twice for cleaning and fixing the TiVi without asking ! No privacy at all! The TiVi was broken and fixed so many times still Didn’t work! The bathroom is brand new but somehow smelled stink so bad from the sink ! Breakfast was ok , not so many choices !

This hotel built with the modern system that new for our associates that not recognize about the signage that appear. Regard of the TV that hasn't work, it has a failure in the connection that made the signal not come through. Since we are new hotel the bad smell come from the toilet can be happen specially during hot weather but we strive to fix it to ensure our guest had a pleasant stay. we brought the expired resident card , and was forced by the op supervisor to find it otherwise they wouldn’t let us check in. we believe it should be a standard process and we finally figured it out, but the attitude of the supervisor is really off and we were pissed off literally.

I came to this hotel many times! Or I can say everytime travelling to Da Lat with my parents, I choose to stay at this hotel because of its convenient location, nice decoration and cleanliness. The services are also good, breakfasts are nice with multi-choices. We also enjoy luch sets at the restaurant. Golf Valley is always our choices in Da Lat

Should ask for the view before booking”
We booking deluxe twin room in April 12nd to 15th and have had note with the hotel (by chating on Agoda) that we choose the valley view but when we check in the receptionist said that only have room with city view although we had noted and if we want to change to valley view we must update to deluxe premium room add 300.000vnd per night. The city view room is too noisy for our baby to sleep (until midnight vehicle’s noise very loud) so we must change the room. The hotel receptionist take we to the room with hot water system very bad (weak system, tea table is full of dust, flip flops slippery to use in restroom) Buffet not good, neither. Food is so so Except some staff nice, this place is money unworthy, 4 stars hotel unworthy I will not turn back here if I trave in Da Lat again.
