Love this resort ”
Love this resort. The staff are amazing .. is a great location and lovley vacation vibe around the pool. Apartments are so well equipped, so comfortable and spotlessly clean. We never want to leave .. .. bar closes early .. 9.00. And food /snack/coffee house closes at 8. Too early for the this busy resort .. shame. But still wonderful place

stayed here a couple of weeks ago with my 2 teenage kids and we had a wonderful time. We stayed 4 nights in a 1 bedroom deluxe, the room was so nice, we were on the top floor which was great and depending where you were at every night you could see Sea World's fireworks, especially if you were at the main pool. We really liked how the pools stayed open till 11pm so we went night swimming every night. There is 2 large pools by the main office that has the waterfall and the fountain. There's also a small pool for toddlers and a fountain play area for toddlers and kids. And 4 jacuzzis around that area. There's another pool in a different part of the resort that's smaller size. They have many different activities to do there with the kids and they have a movie theater and they show a different movie a night. In the activity center there is different arts and crafts to do at a extra charge, note you can only pay by card or add it onto your room charge you can not pay with cash, but it's not much most of them it's only $5 per person I think the tie dye might be the most at $15. We had fun in the activity center on a couple of days even my two nieces that came for the day one is 20yrs old and the other is 23yrs old, made candles and soaps with us. My kids and I on a different day each painted a ceramic turtle piggy bank, they have other things you can pick to paint. And the workers in the activity center are so fantastic!! One I believe her name is Ella, she spent a lot of time helping us and she was so sweet and so nice, had us laughing we had her laughing, and now I have some good pictures of her and my kids working on their arts and crafts😊. Thank you Ella for adding some great memories for us🤗. Another worker in the activity center that was also very nice and helping was George he helped us out with painting, thank you for getting all the different paint colors and brushes we asked for George lol. The hotel, room, grounds etc. we're all clean and well maintained. Our room was in great shape. You could tell that they made an effort to maintain. It. The shower grout was a bit worn but not so much that it would be considered dirty. The shower had no door! Very strange. Parking seemed ample. We only had to park further away from our building entrance once during our stay. The hotel is located 13-20 minutes away from disney properties, depending on traffic. It offered a much better value for us than staying onsite at disney, considering the size of our room, the tub, the full kitchen - with dishes etc, living room and in-room laundry. The room came with complimentary coffee, paper towels, dish detergent and laundry detergent. Check-in for us was a bit rocky, but we were quite comfortable during our stay, we felt safe the entire time, and we had the amenities we needed. There are 2 elevators in building 8, but it seemed that only 1 was in working order. The food at the pool side grille is not bad, albeit a bit pricey. Grubhub delivers to the room in case anyone is wondering. The rooms are cleaned on Saturdays for all guests - not daily cleaning. Overall, this hotel CAN be a great value IF you book it when the rates are good!
