het hotel is goed gelegen in de nabijheid van de luchthaven en kort bij de metro.het is ook gelegen in een rusige buurt dus weinig last van nacht lawaai,het is dus ideaal voor een gezin met kinderen daar in de nabijheid ook nog een park is waar ze hun rustig kunnen uitleven

Worst and lausy bed, like sleeping on banana”

Room was clean. Noisy floor. Bed was horrible, so uncomfortable, not suitable for people over 170 cm. Like laying on banana. Never again here!

high tax in the breadfast”

I paid for the breakfast, it was only EUR10/pax. The price was very valuable but the hotel charge me EUR6/pax in tax. And the staff didn't inform me in advance about the high tax, only when i checked out, I received the invoice and knew. I can't image 60% tax in Lisbon. It makes me so unhappy.

Old and run down”

I had stayed in this Hotel 7 years ago and my gosh has it degraded. The room smelled old and looked like it had had its best days a decade before. Decent size, but just felt old and uncared for. The facilities are frankly in decay, the gym was falling apart and everything else seemed to be shut down for renovation that did not really seem to be happening at all. The staff were very friendly, but the place was clearly undeserving of them.

basically the hotel provides all is needed. Only set back is that the WIFI is chargeable , and on top of that was rather sluggish and cut off intermitently. Working on emails was a problem during my stay. Otherwise , location pretty good with friendly front line staff.

Nice hotel”

we only stayed one night between flights but we really liked the stop - over. good location coming / going to the airport, comfy beds, lots of pillows, free coffee etc. unfortunately we never had the chance to try the breakfast as they start serve breakfast as late as 7 o´clock on weekends.

Typical Holiday Inn Hotel, absolutely great”

really fast and friendly check-inn, really big room with all necessaries( coffee maker, tv, wifi). also they offer a restaurant and bar and a fantastic roof top pool with a view all over lissabon.

Lovely hotel but small rooms”

Location is not very fantastic.... Very far away from the city and the nearest metro is almost a 15min walk.... Walking back to the hotel from the metro need to walk up a hill... Room is pretty clean though... Toilet is good What the place is lacking is free wifi.... Very difficult to search for things without free wifi

Holiday Inn Inercontinental Hotel - Lisbon”

It was comfortable; the fact that they catered for a family without costing an arm or a leg was fabulous; the staff were friendly and helpful. It's close to the train station (Entrecampos), the airport, the centre of the city also close to the bull fighting ring.

cost for wifi is not included and rtghis is vary annoying, breakfast is NOT included and this should be ,off the beaten track and needs to be mentioned as there is a long walk too and from the bus routes - other hotels are near the center and within walking distance, another holiday inn in Lisbon exist which makies things very confusing

ok for a stay over”

the hotel is located pretty close to the airport and also to the airport shuttle station of saldanha. rooms are ok, breakfast is ok. staff are correct but on the border of rude. no smiles. non-smoking room smelled of smoke. beds are great with a wide selection of pillows! soft, hard, semi-soft, semi-hard and so on! never seen that before!

for a hotel at a very cheap price i hope to find a hotel like this in every place i travel. it is very central to the city and the transport is very adequate. very near to the airport and trtaffic is very reasonable even though it is in the centre. we staye in the 8th floor and the lift was very helpful.
