Old hotel but still interesting to stay. The problem is that the staff doesn't really care about nothing, total lack of interest on the guest, they didn't explain me nothing on the check in. The basics, where is the pool, the spa, the restaurant, the breakfast, check out times, etc. Nothing, my check in was, "your room is X, enjoy". At the room, quite small for a 5 starts, only 1 bathrobe and 1 pair of bath slippers was available, despite that we were a couple. The pool is ok, but despite that the pool area has a great potential, that area is totally abandoned. A empty bar, the palm trees from the hotel picks are not there anymore, the area is empty and sad. No one offered us drinks, food, nothing, no one is there to care about the guest. So, this is like being in a fancy 3 stars hotel, just that
Breakfast was not really tasty and the same during three days, and once the orange juice it’s done they do not refill the jar, staff at the restaurant kind of rude and looking for tips. Swimming pool unusable as they are fixing the floor. Is far away from a 5 star hotel. Room (cleaning and space) it’s good and jazz bar (staff) very friendly.

Maybe AGODA is not the best online platform to book hotel as the hotel was not able to find our reservations. We had to wait a long time to get rooms and were poorly cleaned.

Located approx 30metres from Sheraton hotel. Very impressive lobby with excellent security at the main entrance . Modern and clean facilities, spacious room, recommended for a first time visitor. Choices of food outlets, market and minimart nearby the premise. The hotel is facing a port .
the receptionists were not very good at explaining the charges. its probably because of the language barrier. other than that, it was satisfactory.

Hard to fault any of it, not too amazing but nothing wrong with it either. Maybe the breakfast could be better.
Staffs are all friendly and out room is bigger than I think. It's an excellent experience in Casablanca.

Well trained staff. But hotel has no complimentary water, toothbrush and toothpaste so make sure to bring there things.

Good Stay ”
Even though we were there for a night, the hotel was very comfortable and nice. The staff spoke English, we felt very safe, and it was in a pretty central location of Casablanca. One street over was one train station which hosted a Starbucks and a McDonald's. We were able to have free wi-fi and even though the staff wasn't the kindest we have met, they were helpful. The room itself was neat and clean. The English channels on cable was very a bonus. You definitely get what you pay for at this hotel!
I was surprised that my mini bar was not filled upon my arrival. After requesting for this the following day, I was told it could not be done until the next day, the day of my departure! Also, there was no restaurant guide or TV guide in the room.

It was a wonderful stay clean hotel, fully renovated, close to town, good access to most of the stations.
The hotel was clean and tidy, the front staff were not very helpful. Concierge was helpful.
