The room service was fast. The receptionist was friendly and funny. The rooms were clean. Only thing I would have was an option to rent movies via the television through an app of some sort, but we didn't get a smart t.v.. Overall, this place was great!

Clean, comfortable bed, good breakfast. A bit noisy from the freeway but earplugs work if you are sensitive to noise.
Hello Len, thank you for the great review. We are glad that our staff performed and met all of your expectations in a hotel room. We are sorry that the freeway might have been bothersome. Being so convenient and close to the entry and exit sometimes I am sure there are more noises. Great recommendation on plugs but honestly we usually do not have many complaints on it. 2 nights for like 220 on a Friday-Sunday Room was pretty clean Great value Only complaint was the floors didn’t seem very clean Needed a good mop maybe? Otherwise it’s a pretty good hotel

Very sweet staff. Room are very nice. We stayed here for about 2 mths last year. Unfortunately with covid theres alot you dont get to experience at any hotel.

I didn't face the bad experiences mentioned in older reviews. I don't disregard them so I believe the hotel has made tremendous improvements since. The staff are friendly, the rooms, sheets and towels are clean, the complimentary breakfast is delicious, the location good and the gym is pretty well equipped. It's very easy and cheap to get to or from LAX with the Sierra Madre Villa train station nearby which is a few stations from Union Station where you can take the FlyAway bus.

We are so glad that you can appreciate it and could experience what we have put so much work into.
