Hotel was lovely the only down fall I had was I was in the lift I was going up and down for 10 minutes due to my card not working in the lift to get me to my room it really scared me and not having stairs to go up instead I really didn’t like and incase off a fire how you supposed to get out the building...

Super comfy bed but quite loud at the weekends”

It's a very nice property. Our room was great and the bed was typical of a good hotel, super comfy. However, the bathroom seemed dated and water pressure a bit pathetic. Lobby was nice, couple of restaurants downstairs. Pool and gym were good. The weights in the gym were all over the place, kind of annoying considering I was first in the morning but otherwise it had most things you could need. Valet is cheap and very helpful. The guys on concierge were full of banter, just what you need after a long drive. We arrived Saturday night and it seemed everyone outside and inside the hotel was there for a party. So it was quite loud. The rooms are quite soundproofed however there was a party in the room next to ours so it was still loud. Overall I really liked the hotel and would stay again.

We just stay over night for going to York tomorrow. Next time I would rather choose the Hilton in York city centre, which give you more convenience.

If you like to sightseen in Leeds this is a very good choice, otherwise, please go directly to York!”

Hotel is great but pool/spa is awful”

The really awful damp smell in the changing rooms and general cleanliness of pool/sauna and steam rooms was shocking. You can see months worth of dirt and grime on floors and walls

Although the price is expensive, the hotel is located nearby a shopping street with many stores and malls. Recommendable of you spend most of the day outside shopping, but not advisable if you are searching for a hotel to stay in for the whole day to relax.

Was in Leeds for a wedding. Good location as could walk to restaurants and train station. Excellent breakfast and good lively bar.

Girly weekend away”

Fabulous weekend spending here, although when we booked we had asked for our 3 rooms to be next to each other, this wasn't the case and Marriott didn't really care. I ended up having a huge argument to get the rooms on the same floor. Location is amazing for all city activities.

Good location, bad start”

Got off to bad start - safe, fridge and bedside light were not working upon check-in. Told we have to wait till next morning at 9 am for engineer to have problem fixed or change ro. As we had unpacked already and were too tired, we decided to endure. My wife and I went off early next morning to attend a morning conference. Returned near noon and found that nothing was fixed!! How this can happen at an international brand hotel baffles me. Thankfully, the helpful concierge and cheerful housekeepers lightened up our mood. Location is good. Breakfast is so-so; no hot soup offered. Hope the poor room maintenance is a one- off incident and we were simply given a bad room.

Disappointing birthday ”

my friends and I booked the Marriott for my birthday so we could use the spa and have a few drinks in leeds. we booked through an agent website so did not look directly on Marriotts site. we called to enquire about parking and were told to use the trinity and we would have our parking ticket validated when we left, we were not told it would still cost us £9 to park. we only booked the hotel to us its spa facilities as we intended on having some girly spa time, we were not told the pool was closed and so was the Jacuzzi, the only things on offer were the steam room and sauna. The room was standard with no free wifi and the bathroom flooded every time one of us got a bath, we were kept awake by the noisy nightclub that was 1 minute down the road and then further by noisy hen parties. we spoke to the duty manager who fobbed us off. for 1 night in a guest room id have had exactly the same experience in the etap! hotel was beautiful don't get me wrong but everything else was just a disappointment

이름에 걸맞는 수준의 호텔입니다. 한국의 그것 보다는 좀 약하지만 그래도 위치나 시설, 조식이 가격 대비 매우 만족스러운 수준입니다. 다만, 예약 조건 상이함에 대한 확인 노력을 직원들이 하지 않아주었던 점이 아쉬웠지만 체크 아웃 할 당시 담당직원은 너무나 쉽게 조치 해 주었습니다. Leeds 에 다시 가면 다시 투숙 할 용의 가 있습니다.
