Zalige luxe met een perfecte ligging”

Moskee goed hoorbaar 's morgens maar stoorde niet voor ons. Een zeer aangenaam verbllijf na de basic stay in de jungle. Ook de koelere temperatuur deed deugd. Gezellige, aangename sfeer in tanah rata met tal van goede eetgelegen heden. De georganiseerde dagtours zijn zeker een aanrader !

dit hotel is enorm afgelegen, ik zou het niet boeken , geen lift; moest onze bagage 2 verdiepingen omhoog dragen, mijn taxi chauffeur kwam niet opdagen, ze deden niet hun best om snel een taxi te regelen, omdat ik niet bij hun een taxi had besteld, daardoor de ferry gemist, en moest een taxi nemen om 1.5 uur verder een andere ferry te nemen, weg 100 euro

Goed, maar de hygiëne in de kamer kon beter. We werden verrast door een kakkerlak. Ook de ligging is niet ideaal (ver van het centrum van Georgetown).

Eiland is erg druk met auto's. Goede busverbinding naar Georgetown en vliegveld. Gastvrije ontvangst en prima kamer (niet super de luxe, maar schoon en zeker niet eenvoudig).

De kamers zijn voldoende maar ook niet meer dan dat. De ligging is gunstig als je met het openbaar vervoer wil reizen. De bus stopt voor de deur.

value for money”

Is value for money and I have being keeping going back to Lone Pine for my third time. I like the staff service as they remember and recognize me as though i'm going back to home. Just love the warmth of their staff.

Great stop-over hotel”

The hotel is halfway between the wharf and the airport. Should you choose to stay here and have an early flight, make sure you leave a minimum of 2 hours before hand. The drive is not long during normal circumstances, there is just so much traffic heading in either direction! Great hotel, clean, pest-free and staff were so helpful, even hiring a local, private and accommodating taxi driver for our personal use. Will definitely return should I return to Penang.

Great swimming pool”

Have stayed in Penang many times, and today there are too many tourists in the historical area of Georgetown. Decided to try the Lonepine resort., because it's still in the city but far away from most tourists. The resort hotel is part of a large condominium complex. The swimming pool is the largest I've ever seen at a hotel. There is also a small gym. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There is also great local food about a 10 minute walk away.

Comfortable and cozy resort hotel but..”

clean and spacious room. bathroom come with the bathtub with body shampoo provided. but the only turnoff for this resort hotel is no lift. you'll to carry all your luggage to second floor. especially if you travel with your parents or elderly, this hotel is definitely not your choice. another plus point is the lady staff that checked us in is extremely helpful and nice. somehow it makes my mom felt like home. bravo and good job. she should get a raise.

Lift Facilities”

Need to mention in the details for lift facilities. Need to climb up the ladder with toddlers whilst they're sleeping with lots of bags & stuff. So next time better mention, easy to others to check, especially to family with oldfolk or having OKU family members

Improvement”

1.More then 1 year already the tv channel never improvement, just can watch 2 channel only ( TV 1 & TV 2). 2.The toilet "float" , every time after bath the toilet floor become " float " the sink is blocking . 3.The Door lock for room 202 is hard to open. Every time open need to spend much time to open it

U can find the better one with this price ”

Wifi and TV is not work, the shower is broken. The gym room is ok, small but basic, pool is dirty and only open until 8pm. The room is quit at night until 7 am, coz there hv some resort member around and start their morning dance

Lone Pine Resort- money worth”

The resort is clean with friendly and helpful staffs. Big and clean pool, had a good and joyful time with kids. The room is spacious. The place is limited with 20++ available rooms, so there are not much crowd. The only small drawback was that t's quite noisy with passing vehicles sound due to its' location beside a busy road. It will be good for the Management to install sound proof window panes. Otherwise, the resort is your money worth and I will book this place again in my next Penang trip. Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay as it was easy to drive to the Botanical Gardens and other places of interest from there. The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. Furnishings could have done with some updating but did not detract from our stay.

The swimming pool had it all!”

We choose this hotel because of the swimming pool that come with the hotel. This is not a usual hotel. It's an adapted facilities of the condominium club. But we chose to stay here because of the size of family room and the swimming pool that provide great space for kids to play. The pool needs big time cleaning though.

Friendly staffs”

The resort has only 10 rooms, which are quite dated, but quite big and the facilities was good. There was free wifi, a sizeable pool with friendly and helpful staffs. The only qualms is the rooms are located at the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator so might be handful for families with small kids

condominium converted hotel/resort”

The pool was attracted me when i check but when i check in, basically it's just a normal condominium facility converted to be hotel type of rooms. The pool is not well maintenance, need to do some clean up.
