Great Location”
Location is extremely convenient. You can walk to anywhere within 10 to 15mins max. Rooms are comfy and spacious with a cute little balcony. Corridors can get a little dark at night as there isn't much light. Also, arranged for an airport transfer which the hotel forgot about. Waited almost an hour and tried contacting the hotel but to no avail. As it was getting late I had to hail a taxi from the airport. Staff was apologetic but I had wasted a good amount of time.

Excellent Choice for a Relaxing LPB Stay”
The Souvannaphoum is the perfect balance of comfort, class, and location in LPB. The rooms are clean and modern, and still rustic with well-maintained hardwood floors. The staff are truly top-end; they understand the needs of travelers and often think two steps ahead for you. My last day there happened to land on my birthday - the staff all came out to sing me the birthday song and present me with a very expensive-looking chocolate cake which I devoured later that day. I also had my bicycle in tow, and they were very accommodating in allowing me to store it within the hotel when not in use. The pool /dining area is quiet and attractive. They also have a small garden/pond area where the massage and spa rooms are - you can sometimes even 'book' a small patio that looks out over the pond for yoga or just silent meditation. Highly recommended for all travelers.

This hotel is well-situated just west of the peninsula so an easy walk to everything. Being a superior hotel, you can expect gracious treatment at every turn, from a cool towel drink and snack on arrival to individual service at the desk and at breakfast. The Breakfast was very full. The guestroom was spacious. The pool was large (could use some repairs and edge cleaning. The place is an enclave in an otherwise very busy town.
