Moonstone goed uitgangspunt voor Easy Rider tocht”

Wij hadden de pech dat de straat voor het hotel was opgebroken. Dat gaf veel stof. Het recent gebouwde Moonstone ligt centraal gelegen, op loopafstand van de markt. Andere afstanden zijn in Dalat lastig vanwege de sterke hellingen. Het hele hotel is bovengemiddeld schoon. De kamers zijn niet heel ruim. De badkamer is krap. Op het balkon ontbreken een paar stoeltjes. Het ontbijtbuffet was een teleurstelling. Op onze laatste ochtend waren er ook geen warme schotels meer. Vermoedelijk vanwege het geringe aantal gasten. De prima baquettes redde ons. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk, maar de receptie liet bijna de boeking van onze reis naar Nha Trang in het water vallen. Werd uiteindelijk perfect opgelost. Ook zeer goed was de aanbevolen Easy Rider tour achter op de motorfietsen van Mr Mui. De folder deed ons aarzelen, maar onze vriendelijke en goed gemutste chauffeurs reden ons een hele dag rond en vermeden de tourist traps. Als je in Dalat bent zeker deze tour doen.

Best hotel in area by price\quality”

Hotel located in quite street near city center, surrounded by pine trees. Hotel rooms new and well decorated. Staff super helpful and kind. I would say they saved our New Year vacation because another hotel we booked in advance had no room when we showed up.

10~15 minutes from center, peaceful and silent~ the hotel staff is kind~ and the room condition was good~ but i recommend to stay at center.

Please don't stay here unless you could arrive on the dot. It's very far from the city centre and not much to do over there.

A good sleep in dalat! ”

Because it’s tuck in a quiet street we had a good rest compared to the other hotels we had stayed this had the least noise. No complain from us . We got in and out of hotel easy via grab. And the breakfast was simple but they serve hot noodles which was nice. The staff attending us during breakfast is well mannered and was excellent.

If you speak only English stay away they gave me wrong directions I arranged and payed in advance for pick up at the hotel to the terminal and they sent a scooter who charged me tv didn’t work and the worst was very noisy no guests had any consideration for noise

Quiet place near city center”

Helpfull host, high variety of offered trips, breakfest was good, pastry was missing. Hotel is in a very good location, quite but not far from the city center, 5-10 minutes by walk.

Simple basic hotel. No additional facilities. Location is a bit secluded. Road to hotel is bad. however the back door Is accessible by foot to a main n busy road. Quite place. No street traffic noise. Staff is very helpful and service is prompt. Breakfast is basic but clean and presentable. For the price , it is a bit expensive

3 night stay ”

Pros: Got the family room (60m2) which was big and spacious, bathroom was very nice as well. Hotel was 5mins grab from the night market, you could easily take a 5mins walk down to the lake. Cons: Booked the family room because of the 2 single beds and 1 king bed available but upon arrival, 2 king beds were available. What stood out during this stay was the service provided by this young man with specs (didn't get his name). Attended to our requests immediately when we couldn't get the safe and door lock to work. Provided a complimentary wine as well for the birthday celebration, really thoughtful and attentive staff that made the stay a pleasant one.

Location is not that good,as you have to walk in the alley (NOT SCARY), easy to walk, staffs are VERT VERY HELPFUL , they will do anything to create present stay for you. They even called a charter bus to AIrport for us, and make sure they pick us up from hotel. I would stay here again

The staff here are wonderful. They helped us with all our requests from scooter rental, activities, food recommendations and one of the girls lent us her personal scooter to run to the atm at the end of our trip after we had returned ours. The breakfast included had lots of options which was nice for us because we are vegetarians. The road going to the hotel was a bit bumpy but nothing a car or scooter can’t maneuver thru. It is located very close to the Center where they hold the night market but tucked away in a quiet spot. Overall a good stay and would recommend!

It’s okay, but can have better ”

The location is not really convenient, we are getting this because it’s close to where we get off shuttle from Narang. But the location is not close to any where, however we rented a motor from hotel, so it’s ok. The breakfast is simple but enough, and the place is chilling enough that they don’t have air con and not needed one. However when I try to dry my clothes, not having air con is an issue. Overall, it’s okay :)
