Quick check-in, received free upgrade, big beautiful room with very comfortable bed, very quiet in the bedroom, everything exceeding my expectations, but i only stayed in the room for a short night between two flights, will see the pool at my next stay

We have always had a very good stay at Movenpick Al Mamsa and also this time.Movenpick Al Mamsa is the first hotel in our list whenever coming to Dubai. We like to express our special thanks to Mr. Michael , Receptionist and Mr. Satheesh , Concierge for their kindness, professionalism and attentiveness. They have made our stay a warm welcome every times. Stayed at this apartment for my first UAE trip. The nearest train station is quite a walk but it was worth the walk. Stayed in the 1-bedroom suite. Big apartment. Friendly and helpful staffs. Overall it was a great stay!

I'd say this one would be a "not good-not e" kind of stay. it is borderline "decent" in overall aspect which refers to the staff, rooms, facilities they offer. Worthy to mention, their room is clean, although, you might hear your neighbor's noise every once in a while. A grocery is also available nearby the property which is a big bonus!

Quiet hotel in a quiet location but still close to the airport and downtown . It Was ideal for my business trip. The staff were very friendly and welcoming especially Mahmoud and Misha. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped. The only slight negative is that the bathroom being very small.

i left my mobile phone in the taxi on arrival , they could have not been more helpful , tracking down the Driver arranging redelivery of the phone and putting it back into my room while i continued my business arrangements ... very good to see such good service
NOT a 5 star or Deluxe Rating”
I arrived at the hotel 12:15pm for check in, the receptionist say they will update my room to deluxe from superior since my first time to stay in the hotel. That good initiative though for new customer. I came to the room, the first i want to see is the bathroom. That good but for a standard 5star is look like for a 3 star hotel.. I donno if my taste at look is to much high. No complementary toothbrush and toothpaste and slippers.. There have 4 star that are complete set of toiletries. Just saying for a review though. I bring only my bag back when i check the bathroom because im so excited to see the tab.. When i about to put my bag in the table i saw a strange dew in the table like water or oil between glass top and wooden table and when i look door of toilet i saw a cotton buds inbetween skirting and flooring i could say it is a used cotton buds. You know if is not used still in the package or you will take it home right?.. Because how you will see a single buds in that area and have a mirror in the adjacent wall.. Its was there so i did not tell to reception it will not harm me but the table like disgusting really if i can attached the image here i will do that.. (ill send formal complain in email to the hotel later even i mention it to the receptionist forgot her name and Mr Osama whon i dont know his position not propertly introduce and head of house keepping which not properly introduced also so i dont have there names or i did not pay attention to it) ok. So the area is big but no good view you will see only window of the other rooms. The bed is big and comfy and lots of pillow which i like and there still extra on the cabinet. Since the rooms have kitchen such ref, microwave, toaster, kettle and cooking facilities i look the utensil, pan, casserole, plates, knife to use i open all the cabinet and boom where are they?? I did reservation for two room since I have two kids and I mention clearly I need family room or connected room and non smoking, when I reach the hotel they give me two separate room opposite to each other and smoking room .the smell was disgusting and everything in the hotel need renovation since it is old and used too much. but this not the end of the story .they refuse to cancel my booking after long discussion they give two connected room but still smoking .during my checking in we was surprised from the quality of the guest it should cheap night club. also this not the end by 3 o'clock I called the reception since my neighbor decided to had party in their room with lot of noise and my kids they wake up and I informed the reception if the party will not stop I will call the police so they send the security to my neighbor .in general disgusting hotel I will not recommended for any one.

Very nice hotel and nice pool on the roof. We stayed for 12 nights in 2 bedroom appartment. The rooms are huge and plenty of storage space. Will definately reccomend to families. Hotel have a shop in ground floor. Very convinient.

Bad experience, unfortunately i stayed in this place 3 times Bad valet service they take your and keep in place where there is a lot of birds and it will be really dirty 5 days i washed the car 3 times when i asked them to park it in the basement they said no space there so i started to park the car by my self and everyday there were space and next to the elevator , if you use the parking the security will ask to scan your ID even you already scan it!!! No cutlery in the kitchen no spa Gym with very old equipment And alot of people outside the hotel they are using the pool!!!!
