I highly recommend this hotel, very clean, it’s got free breakfast and the staff is very friendly i will definitely come back
Good ambience, courteous staff and all round excellent service. ”
The staff were helpful in assisting me to get around town, they speak English and were forthcoming in providing advice on need basis. The rooms were also very neat and well kept. Only the TV remote had an issue but I didn't mind.

I live in DR.... this place had a good breakfast, but is rundown for what it was. Solid Staff, but not worth 4500 pesos a night.
Too expensive”
Too expensive for what you get. Not near anything so walk to restaurants and beaches was far or a very expensive taxi ride. One nice thing is that you have access to the pool and beach area of the resort next door, but it was really crowded so we didn't stay there anyway. Breakfast was good too. Checkout process took over an hour because only one person was at the desk and there was a long line. I will probably not stay here again.
Modern but!!”
Ok, this hotel is very modern. However, there is more that meets the eyes. 1. Upon arrival around 6:30 pm easy check in and beautiful presentation. However, I noticed a strange smell of air spray in lobby. 2. Room #123 looked good but same strange smell of spice air spray, in hallway too. Made it very hard to sleep. 3. Wristband pass cost $80 + tax to use all inclusive now laramar which in my opinion is not worth it your better off just booking at now laramar for a few dollars more on bookit. 4. Desk Clerk Named Clark was busy trying to get personal numbers and Facebook contacts. Not very professional. 5. That spice smell never goes away as if they are masking perhaps the smell of mold. 6. All in all a good overnight hotel if you can live with the smell.
