Zag er allemaal netjes en schoon uit, maar helaas is het een oud gebouw: muffe kamer door dichtgeslibde ventilatiekanalen, verstopte afvoer, kapotte lift. Dame achter de balie was zeer vriendelijk, de heer niet echt ge-interesseerd.

Het personeel is vriendelijk. De inrichting is eenvoudig en een beetje out of date. Het hotel is goed gelegen om San Francisco te verkennen. Er is parkeergelegenheid. Het hotel is gelegen in een rustige buurt. Indien je niet al te veel eisen stelt en San Francisco wil zien is dit een prima plek om te verblijven.

Located @ Eddy street. The whole street is full of junkies and homeless. Walking to Market street/ Union Square

More bang-Less Buck”

I was kind of skeptical booking this room because it was so cheap and near the Civic Center, but glas I did. The hotel was very convenient for us because we were in town visiting my mom who was at CPMC. The hotel offered free parking in a semi-safe place. It is in walking distance to many restaurants, fast food and convenience stores. If you're looking for free morning coffee-than look elsewhere. The rooms were pretty decent. The beds were very comfortable. I saw reviews about street and neighboring rooms-but we slept like logs. The TV had Roku, so you could watch regular channels or link on to your Netflix or Prime accounts to watch movies. I have been to many 5,4,3 and 2 star hotels and the pressure of the shower was definitely 5 star. Decor in the room was basic but it kept it looking less cluttered. Court yard area was nice and serene. Side streets had homeless people but they never bothered us. I would definitely return while Im visiting my mom at CPMC over the weekend.

I was in town for a conference. This was a decent location at a good price. I had to Uber/Lyft to the Moscone Center, but that wasn't bad. I really appreciated the parking area that they had, considering I drove up for a few days. The room was clean and the building was quiet at night. The weather wasn't great, but there is a pretty nice courtyard in the center of the building for nice days. Would stay again.

Perfect place for stay when going to a concert!”

Clean rooms. Old and retro but that's SF for you! Garage parking. Ubered to concert. Good food within walking distance. Have nothing bad to say about a one night stay and would do again.

Great Location, Friendly Staff and Clean!”

We booked a last minute trip to San Francisco and it was impossible to find anything under $300/night. Thank goodness we found Oasis Inn. We had our 7 year old with us and just loved the location - walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops and parks. The staff was so friendly and the rooms are clean. If you're traveling on a budget this hotel is just perfect. You can't beat the location for the price. Thank you Oasis Inn, we'll be back!!

It’s worth the money for budget travellers, easy to walk around and getting public transport. It has a spacious room. There are homeless people around but it’s still safe to walk around. Overall, it’s a good place to stay.

Good for the price”

It's an older place, but clean enough and the staff are trying their best to keep it nice. Good location - nears lots of restaurants and coffeeshops. Generally no complaints - though you may want to check whether the wifi works in your room when you check in, since there are some dead spots.

Simple, clean hotel, but nothing around it at nigh”

Spacious room, but the bed covers smell like other people on my first day there. Sometimes there was no one at the front desk after midnight and that was cause for security concern. 10 to 15 minutes walk to Market street. It is ok in the day time but at night all the businesses were closed and the nearest convenience store was too far to walk to.

The rooms need some makeover”

We paid more than the room's worth maybe because it was a peak season. Though the rooms look renovated, it still had the old look feel to it. Cleanliness wise, it was okay. The trash bin we had in the room contained the trash from the previous guests. The blanket had something sticky that dried on it which is the worse part by the way. So paying for the room more than a $100 per night is all not worth it. It's a far walk from the cable cars and the main streets but thank goodness you may access the public transportation which is two or three blocks away.

Easy to find and excellent restaurants ”

I was surprised by the great parking facility, at no extra charge. The central garden area was inviting and had a wonderful view of San Francisco. It was no problem finding a multiple bistro type dinning places within walking. It was nice to come back to a quiet hotel, with twinkling lights of the city and an Oasis garden patio. I wish the hot tub was in working order. I also believe that they do have bed bugs... so bring a cover cloth, which I do for any hotel.

A fine budget hotel and good location”

Anyone with serious complaints about the Oasis Inn is neither practical nor very realistic. Of course, it is only a 2-star property but all its positive points overshadow any of the qualities that are lacking. For location, the fact that they offer free parking, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff is friendly and helpful, one simply cannot beat this hotel value and the Civic Center location.

Nice Hotel. Confusing Pre-Pay System”

The hotel was very nice. There was confusion on check-in about the reservation. It seems as if Agoda had not properly gotten it into the hotel system. The desk clerk managed to get me checked in without any significant problem. Even though I gave them the voucher from Agoda, they ended up charging my credit card again. They said they will refund the charge, but I have not yet seend that refund on the credit card account. I tend to think the prolem is more with Agoda than the Oasis itself and probably will not use Agoda again, though I would stay at the Oasis again if I had reason to be there and would just book directly with the hotel.

Good hotel for the price”

The hotel was in a good location (about 15 min walk to Union Square), the room was absolutely clean and it was very quiet. My room was on the 4th floor and I stayed for one week. I didn't have much to do with the staff, but the few times I talked to them they were friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel. There was no breakfast included but there were enough breakfast places close by. The room didn't have a fridge or coffee maker, but it did also not say anywhere it would. So, overall a pretty good hotel for a relatively low price.

Good hotel for the price but in a bad area”

Had my car parked in their free garage and some tweaker smashed my window in the middle of the night. They had security cameras but couldn't pull up the footage from the night before. Didn't even have valuables in my car. Try parking somewhere else so that doesn't happen to you.
