Dinner is low quality and no Drink or water !!!! and all staff are good expect dinner staff not professional. All other staff and services is very good.

Amazing Beach - Low quality rooms”
Pros :- - Amazing beach with very clean water - Perfect pool (Depth starts with 1.4 m till 2.85 m) - Very nice view (if you have sea view room) - V.Good location clause to Mijaz Cons :- - Rooms smell bad, I had to keep using my refreshner all the day - Room cleanliness was not really satisfactory to me, bed sheets had some stains over it. Summary:- The Hotel is good option if you want to enjoy the sea and the pool mainly and wont spend much time in the room.

-no Fruits and less vegetables at breakfast . Do not recomand for vegetarien or for those who wants to have an alimentation based mostly on vegetables. + On the beach +personal very nice and helpfull + shuttle bus to Dubai
Reservation staff on phone was awful ”
The hotel is good because it has beach and swimming pool. Price is very reasonable for a hotel which can provide these two facilities in addition to a large room. The only negative feedback was from the reservation staff on phone who was very rude when I told him I got a lower price from your colleague on a previous call. He said no it is not possible. Was just like saying you are a layer. Then he wanted the name of that staff. Besides that hotel was good.
I stayed at Sharjah Grand hotel this christmas holiday. I must say, that the service is really good, and all the staff members are really helpfull. I enjoyed the view from the balcony, which was unique. Though I must say, that the prices for food etc. are quite high. When we recieved the reciept for room service, it was plus 10 % service fee and plus 10 % tax. so when you order something, remember to calculate these extra 10%+10% on your bill...... But I can recommend this hotel to you, it is really good.

We have visited Sharja & Dubai on the Dubai shopping festival, We booked before one day only, we didn't have too much choices. The hotel was fine, clean, the employee also friendly, but the furniture was old!

My children had great time and enjoyed their pool with slide. Room is fair and facilities are good at reasonable rate. We consider coming back to this hotel again.

The Russian lady on the reception so rude and taugh The food in dinner was so low quality The internal furniture of rooms very old and bad looking I could not open the cupboard The swimming pool is not organized and the sliding area is not working You can’t get a glass of water in the lunch and dinner , you have to pay or buy the office of juices You have to park your car and to wait half an hour to get your bags to the room

Small family and bad experience ”
Location is good as it near to Dubai and Sharjha . Staff arenot friendly as the following : 1- when going to pool they asked me for 50AED for my child ( 2 years old ) . They said because he is extra and we suppose to be three only 2- after complaining no one did any thing even the manager was there but he didnot care 3 - during breakfast I asked one of staff for a cup of tea , he asked me to help myself

in the breakfast menu there was only 1 item which was suitable for vegetarians. lunch and dinner - the chef could offer only 1 item - vegetarian curry which was also priced too high at DIRHAMS 80.00. Room we got didnt have carpet and the whole floor was sticky through out the stay. No floats provided for children to use swimming pool. Guest are supposed to get on their own ( didnt know this ). Under facilities tennis court was given but when we called to check they said its reserved for training only.
Worst Hotel find another hotel”
Terrible, the staff were extremly rude no one is smiling, the hotel policy is like prison they threaten you in everyway. Like they threaten you if you bring food from outside the food will be ceased and you will be fined, if you loose the key card you will be fined and they post these threats every where, the hotel should be inviting not threatning. I hate everything about hotel I don't know why it is a 4 star hotel it should be at most 2 stars. The hotel is very very old and theme everywhere. Believe me find any other hotel

I stayed with a friend for 1 night and we really enjoy the pool and the beach view. Breakfast was good ad well. It was just surprising that only water was complementary. Nothing much to do besides swimming in the hotel and nearby areas.
This hotel is just dissappointing! its just no where near to 4 stars, as advertised! customer service not as expected, staff not friendly in general. They had to keep our passports for all the stay (?as security deposit?) Rooms small, carpet smelly, funiture old, single beds move while you sitting or asleep. balcony dirty dusty chairs, TV screen very small and not much channels. no complementary tea or coffee in room (as all other hotels in the world)! breakfast choices very poor and cheap towel has to be returned at pool, cant take to room! pool very deep for children to swim internet wi fi only limited 500mb and one devise only (it said wi fi available in public areas on your site) for the money we paid it is one of my wrost experiences
