We enjoyed staying at this hotel..nice location and nice food.. staffs were very helpful...you can look at the beach while eating at the restaurant. its just a block away.. this hotel is 9.5 out of 10 for me
Great location, but terrible staff. Saher was rude and disrespectful to my group. - [ ] Tacking on charges we already paid for - [ ] Not willing to accommodate your needs - [ ] Charging for the sprite without telling us - [ ] Changing the rate of the room for extension - [ ] Lack of respect Hotel was above average, but service was absolutely terrible. All the staff was rude and lacked common sense.
Very small room and tiny bathroom, but modern, renovated and pleasant. Complimentary chocolate, biscuits and water await the guest. The location is excellent right on the beach. Good value for money!

I got an excellent value through Agoda”
The hotel was an excellent value given the location and amenities. However, I owe much of this value to Agoda because the price I received from Agoda was much cheaper (~US$30/night) than any other alternative; that made me enjoy my stay even more! I was a single business traveler that had time for some tourism as well. The central beach location was perfect for moving south to Jaffa and north to the port; there is much to experience in both directions. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. My first night there (Saturday) was noisy in the hallway and street and I was concerned that it might be that way every night, so I used a white noise app. An alarm even went off (fire?) which concerned me, but no further incident. But by 2 AM all was quiet, and none of the subsequent 5 nights had noise or incidents. The room was small, but big enough for me. Even had a desk. Abundant electrical outlets (Euro plug fits), and even a typical US outlet in the bathroom; however, that one would charge my phone, but not my laptop. Good size closet with plenty of hangers, but most were the annoying pin-headed ones that require 2 hands to fit into rings. A secure box in closet, but my "normal size" laptop did not fit. AC worked fine; easy to understand and adjust. In any case, I did not need it much in early April (weather was great; only one rainy day, and I spent it working.) The breakfast is an added cost, but it was well worth it. Quite varied. I usually do not pay for breakfasts if they are added costs, but this one was quite good and economical. (Reading other reviews beforehand brought this to my attention.) Speaking of food, they also give a nice evening "snack" in the lobby between 5-7 (except for the Sabbath). Includes sandwiches, cookies, veggies, coffee, tea. Sometimes it was enough that I did not need to eat more later. Note there are 2 elevators, an old-fashioned one where you have to open the door and a typical modern one where the door opens when it arrives. If you ar

Location was great hotel was old but rooms were renavoted and very small .”
The reception manager was not very nice .olag I think his name was I asked for a early check in he said come and when I did he keep saying a little while longer made me wastes 4 hours of my day waiting for the room . Then he put me in 1 that was the noisiest and nothing worked . I went to reception next morning and had a different employee Sal I believe his name was changed my room and was very nice all the other staff were great ! Close to beach location was great
2nd time stay in this hotel
Very nice people ”
I have nothing bad to say over prima tel Aviv hotel.
Very nice hotel ,great breakfast”
Every thing was great
with sea view
Good for location otherwise...”
I found the hotel was a great place for location if you wanted to be by the beach. But the room was small with a hole in the wall and the ensuite was even smaller. Housekeeping were inconsiderate at the times they wanted to clean the room; the day reception staff were unhelpful but the night staff was more friendlier and forthcoming with advice on the area.
Imagine been given keys to another room! ”
staff need to learn to smile! Shame as people in Tel Aviv are friendly! I was given the keys to another persons room when I checked in. The man on the bed was not happy! Rooms are very small!
Couldn't sleep due to construction”
Work is currently being done in the hotel , banging and drilling from 8am to 6pm so I hardly slept and felt a bit ripped off as this was the most expensive hostel I stayed in during my visit to Israel
Very nice hotel”
Nice hotel , great location , good breakfast , clean, will go back again
Nice hotel well located but noisy surrounding (disturbed night)...
The hotel had a nice relaxed feel, was clean and stylish and we really enjoyed our stay. ”
Across the road from the beach
2 night stay ”
Room booked was a single, but for $100 per night I would except to be able to close the bathroom door, have a shower without half the bedroom getting soaked, no shower mat. No sound proof Windows, could hear ever car horn on a very busy Tel Aviv road 24/7
Clean, Good Location and Good Breakfast”
Close to malls, cafes and Restaurants. Short walk to Tel Aviv Beach.
Good location, Clean and Good Breakfast”
Near to malls, cafes and restaurants and a short walk to the Tel Aviv Beach.
Not Good, not Bad”
POSITIVE: Good location. Buffet for breakfast and second buffet at tea time, included. NEGATIVE: The bed's linen was short and narrow (the same area/size of the single mattress), which means much less comfort. The WC was super small and had difficult access (the door only opened half). The toilet and shower had common area...
