Excellent stay over the new year”
We booked this property on 30 Dec - 2 Jan 2024 and were pleased with everything. The room was cleaned daily, spacious for 4 pax (our teens are 14, 16) with sofa converted to bed facing our bed. Quite a distance walking to it from the train station however afterwards we took metro A, B, C (just across the hotel) for sightseeing. Most places are reachable on foot but on the cold days we prefer to take public transport back to hotel. The bonus for us is the fireworks on NY Eve, they were a feast for our eyes and can be seen very clearly from our room balcony. Initially at check in there was a little issue with our booking (we booked for 4 pax via Agoda but hotel system is showing 2 pax and extra payment required), but was quickly ironed out after we gave them the booking confirmation showing the 4 pax arrangement. Just be careful, Profilhotels is a chain and there's one opposite the station, this Mercur branch was a stone throw away
Excellent stay”
We had stayed there for 2 nights during our europe trip and the staff esp. Christofer made us feel so warm and comfortable in a new country. The staff takes all pains to clarify your doubts and guides you to explore the city as well. The location is close to many popular places as well as the central station. The breakfast is good, would be great if some vegetarian items were added too. Rooms are clean and well equipped. 10 on 10!

Location, location, location!”
I recommend the hotel on the basis of its location and the reception staff I met. In my opinion, the cleaning should be revised, especially the carpets and the lifts need attention. Regardless, we had a good stay in a quiet room with clean beds, and a good bathroom.

Great Location Helpful Staff”
We stated in Copenhagen for three days after we completed our 2 week cruise. We picked the right place. Excellent location near the train station. Nice staff. Simple Room. About twice the size of a cruise cabin. No A/C but a big window. It was good that we were there when the weather at nice so we left the window open. We would stay there again because of the price in comparison with other hotels in the area.

Lack of privacy”
The room I got directly faced the tennis court on the same level. I had to always keep the curtains drawn for privacy, which meant a lack of sunlight. Not drawing the curtains meant that anybody at the tennis court could tell when I was and was not in my room, see where my belongings were kept. It was a very vulnerable room where safety and privacy were concerned. The shower was incredibly narrow, and I'm a small person. Facilities were very basic - body wash, shampoo, and conditioner were provided, but not any toothbrushes or toothpaste. Cleanliness wasn't great - I kept finding stands of hair in the towels, on the floor, bed linen. There was a pair of dumbells in the room. Not sure if that is provided in every room. In any case, their fitness centre doesn't close and is free of charge, though the selection of machines is limited. Staff were friendly and the service was decent. They allowed me to leave my luggages at the hotel before my check in and after my check out at no extra cost (which I understand is a charge at some other hotels around Copenhagen. Overall, wouldn't recommend especially if I were to revisit. I believe there are better options with better facilities within the same price point.
