It's my favorite hotel, I have stayed at this hotel many times as well as given nice reviews, location, facilities, services, staff all good, it gets fully booked very often, no wonder, I have to mention receptionist Fatima is just great and attentive, I came once when my reservation was cancelled due to CC issue, hotel was fully booked, or even over booked, she tried to do everything possible to accommodate me, offered me a suite, but I decided to go to Radisson Blu where my friends at, nevertheless, she gave my internet access to connect and do the booking, i'm so thankfull for her.

I always prefer to stay at this hotel, it suits me and accommodate my needs, but the last time i was there the minibar wasn’t cooling the beverages, it never been fixed even when i asked them to do so.

We were given a special need room which we did not like as it was the only opition due to big bed prefrences, light in the room is not enough as the room was too dark and boring to stay in. It was clean thogh, there are much better hotels to stay in Manama with the same price

Great Location”
Ramada hotel is situated exactly behind City Center mall next to business bay. I could not think any other location which is affordable with great breakfast and great rooms. As a family I did not encounter any surprises (compared to some other hotels in Bahrain) and no clubs are situated nearby or in the hotel. Only downside seems to be a rather small pool which probably cannot accomodate more than 10 people. Underground parking is also available with access to the lift. Great staff support.

Beautiful hotel, a little hard to find, no alcohol”
The hotel is definitely one of the nicer ones in the area, on par with the Meridien for a fraction of the price. Beautiful pool, great gym, excellent restaurant, however, if you are planning to have cocktails, it is important to know that there is no alcohol on the premises. Additionally, it is in a new area and taxis have trouble finding it.

Great stay with many problems. ”
First I was upgraded with deluxe room which was great but once I've entered the room it was smelly. I could not determine from where. I've report it and transferred to other room. Once we opened the AC and left the room outside for couple of hours the smell came out but it was lighter than the room before it. It might be from their AC it did bothered me and the rooms fully booked so I had to stick up with my room for the reaming nights I had though the noise from the workers beside my window was terrible while I was sleeping. I hope all my notes will be considered specially 2nd floor rooms.

Location is good because its close to Bahrain city center. But apart from that every thing was bad. Staff was good. No hose(Muslim Shower). Cold Water in the swimming pool. Hotel was not ready. Over all Very Bad Experience .
