Four nights in Naples ”
Very expensive hotel for basic accommodation. Staff were pleasant enough at reception. Room was smaller than expected and had quite a dirty floor on arrival. Quite disappointed to find that wi-fi is not free even though it clearly stated on the website “wi-fi free in all rooms”. Breakfast was very poor, the hot stuff cold and the cold stuff warm. Staff were not good at breakfast taking 25 minutes to get a hot drink, tables not being cleared. Overall a disappointing stay at an overpriced hotel

On first day when we checked in, the shower water can not enter sewers, there was fload on my room, yes they did fix it, but it was shocking when we knew the hotel is marriot group, we never had this kind of experience in any other hotels. Second, no air conditoner in the room, receiptionist said due to winter season even it was already april, they asked us to open window, and we did, but it was so noisy at night, we could hear sound of vehicles, neighbour shoutings, very annoying when we wanted to sleep quitely, the hotel promised to improve, but we asked twice, but never happened

cheap, but nice one. rarely can pick up such hotel in this area during hot season. couldn't recommend more. But the staff at reception was a bit rude. Roof pool is fancy and restaurant is nice. The bed is very comfortable and large.
