Zeer goede uitvalsbasis om Venetië te verkennen”
Zeer goede ligging als je niet in Venetië zelf wil verblijven (of hiervoor wil betalen). Goede verbinding met bus of tram naar Venetië en gratis parking. Mooi, ruime kamers. Wij hadden een kamer met twin bedden en dit waren 2 grote bedden, maar de kwaliteit van de bedden was niet heel goed (zakken nogal erg in), dus niet geschikt voor iemand met rugproblemen. Ontbijt is inbegrepen en vrij goed, behalve de kwaliteit van de koffie en het fruitsap (beide uit een soort van automaat) en de confituren.

Fantastic Value and Location”
We were a little worried based on some of the reviews, however I take as I find. If youre are looking for a spa hotel, this isnt it. However if you want: Excellent value for money, Fantastic location for links to the airport and the Lagoon, Huge room, Friendly helpful staff (they even helped out some French holidaymakers we found completely lost near the Hotel) This is the place for you.

Staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast has a nice variety. Room was a good size for a young family of 4. Close to mainland Venice- 5 minutes ish by local bus. Overall it’s a good hotel.
Large hotel room, located right outside Venice”
The hotel is located outside of Venice - it is about 7 minutes walk to the tram station or bus stop and another 10 minutes ride into Venice itself. Given how the hotel is much cheaper than staying on Venice, this is convenient enough for us. The hotel is a 15minute walk to Forte Maghera, which is a stretch of has restaurants and bar. The room was large, with 2 queen sized beds and 1 single bed even though there were only 2 of us. The toilet was quite clean with soap provided, except that on the first day, the towels had some small stains on them. Staff was polite and nice, overall, a pretty good stay.

As a result of incorrect information given by someone at Reception, we were td to get off at the wrong tram/bus stop. We had to walk 25 minutes to the hotel in the hot sun with our 3 suitcases. The hotel was clean.
