over priced ”

the location and view are what you pay for, nice hospitality, the room service had great delay in answering the needed things we asked for, the room and the bathroom were not cleaned when we arrived - not enough cleaned -- hair every where. they have a problem in water draining in the shower, no bath tub, don't be fooled with the Murphy's Wednesday chicken wing offer, what you see is NOT what you get. the power plug in the bathroom doesn't work the laundry prices are way too high. no balcony for such a nice view is a minus. the G on G restaurant was acceptable, a little bit overpriced but it is worth the money. the Pool is nice and clean.

I Went There And Feeling Not Well ,, Because i Don't Know Anything About This Hotel ! When i Get Inside The Room ,, I Seen a Facilities That i Never Got Before ,, This Hotel is Very High Graded and it Deserves More than 7 stars ,, i Went There in There Same Time That The Owner of The Hotel is There ,, He Welcome Me And Provide Me an Additional hospitality That i Never Expect !! Thanks To All Sweet And Gentle And Respectful Lobby Staff ,, Thanks For Offering Everything i Need in My Room As Hospitality ,, a Special Thanks To The Owner That He Designed The Hotel in That Style ,, I Really Recommend That Hotel On All What is There For The PRICE ,, it Really Deserves a Visit Again , Everything Surrounding Me ,, And Thanks Again For AGODA That Always Got With it The Best Price .

Excellent getaway”

The hotel is clean and comfy, breakfast is excellent, swimming pool is great( save water was cold) but be aware this Hotel is at Amwaj, far from city center and the travel time is 30 mins one way to Manama City Centre and Seef Mall. Nevertheless the hotel is quit and relaxing.

The best hotel ever”

By far the best hotel in Bahrain for many reasons. I stayed in suit was very spacious and good value for money. Very clean and neat. In room dining far better than top restaurants in Bahrain. Staff are really really professional. Dry hotel and excellent choice for families.

The hotel”

I arrived at the hotel at dawn, and i was placed in a room where the AC turns off even when i changed the mode from Auto, the room was hot , also in bathroom the shower pipe was broken whenever i decide to open the water pipe the water goes out from both sides.

Nice hotel”

The hotel is ideally located in calm area in amwaj island. The staff are great, very helpful and caring. The hotel is new one with clean and modern furniture. Has multistory parking. The wifi is poor, hardly enough for browsing.

It’s an amazing hotel Actually I book the hotel for one night and I surprised how good is the hotel but for the value it was high due to an event was going on in Bahrain called Foreman the other thing is amazing and I recommend this hotel for everybody it’s really and amazing hotel was to stay for more than one night

Good solid hotel ”

Pros: Location in amwaj ( very luxurious area ) Staff are very welcoming and knowledgeable Quit and clean rooms Cons: Car Parking levels are very steep ( if you don't have a high car you will scratch it ) Rooms decoration could be better Bothroom layout is not convenient ( open shower after that is the bathtub and after that is the towels rail ) ... so if you want to take a towel you have to walk through a wet area Overall good hotel but there are better alternative for the same price

The hotel excellent with very nice location close to lagoons and sea view, but unfortunately whenever it comes asking for shampoo they charge you 800 fils for each, slippers and water which very strange and first time in my life such hotel with 4 stars doing this, the beds are very small and tough matress, the breakfast was great.

I guess there was a Bahraini staff working at the restaurant needs more training. I was at the restaurant and as I was grapping some food he came to me and asked me if I know about the prices or not! That was an inappropriate behaviour by him. Though, all ladies working at the restaurant were very friendly and know what they are doing. Overall, the hotel is cozy and amazing and worth the stay and the rate paid for.

This is brand new hotel (2 months old as of Sep 2017) it's nice property over all, the biggest problem with this hotel is the service, valet is so slow (20min to bring the car at night time) check in took 45min for no good reason, room service never picked up my phone calls. so hotel management have to focus on training and enhance staff performance.

To concentrate more on the cleaning and safety aspects because the toilet floor was slippery and the room wasn’t clean we found some piece of foods on the sofa and room floor so that will effect badly on the reputation of your hotel in the future. Otherwise everything was fine during our period of residence.

During last stay I don’t had a good sleep due to pillows quality where my neck is paining. This is an ergonomic issue
