Accommodating Staff”

Since our flight was at 1am, we would have to check-out of our two rooms at 11am and had to wait elsewhere. What I did was I booked a smaller room just to keep our bags, and have the use of the bathroom for our half-day waiting time. Front desk allowed to keep one of the bigger rooms instead of moving to a smaller room that I paid for. I was impressed! Then when it was time to leave, An Jung helped us load our six heavy luggages in our van service. The B Tokyo Roppongi is highly recommended! We will be booking here again for the July 2020 Olympics.

The B Tokyo Roppongi gives great value for money considering its good location with close proximity to the subway station, restaurants, commercial establishments, and a big Don Quijote around the corner. The front desk staff were very helpful and I'd like to commend An Jung, Saki, and Saori for helping us out from booking and check-in to the duration of our stay and check-out. We got two superior C rooms and were satisfied with the space and layout. Wifi was a bit spotty during the initial several days of our stay but was addressed after we informed the hotel staff of the problem. Housekeeping was scarce but understandable since they were on a skeleton staff because of Golden Week. The B is highly recommended if you don't want to spend so much on a hotel. Being close to restaurants such as MOS Burger, Shake Shack, Ippudo, and many Italian pizza and pasta places is a welcome bonus! For us Catholic Filipinos, a Church is just across the main road.

good hotel, bad communication with agoda, they must verify the rooms size and types.imagine two adults two kids one small bed. The hotel is only partially to blame for not correcting agodas descriptions .

I want to get on more sheet. Althoug the staff say sorry that they can't afford , they try to get carpet for replacement . I complain the room are stuffy in midnight. They give me a fan and change more big room to me tomorrow. I felt that the staff are very helpful and polite.

Excellent location, larger than average rooms”

The b tokyo roppongi is slightly older than many newer hotels in Tokyo, but the rooms are larger. Great location with Roppongi's restaurants and other nightlife on the doorstep and the subway less than a minute's walk away. Only breakfast dining available but a huge choice available all around the hotel. Highly recommended.

Great central location, relatively spacious rooms”

The b tokyo roppongi is a slightly older property but this means that the rooms are larger than those in newer hotels, and the location s excellent, with Roppongi's restaurants and nightlife right on your doorstep, and the subway station less than a minute's walk away. There is only breakfast dining and no other bar or restaurant facilities, but this is not an issue given the wide choice available right outside the door. Highly recommended.

Central location, good-sized rooms”

The Roppongi nightlife and entertainment district is right on the doorstep. There are newer hotels in this price category, but the rooms at this hotel are more spacious. The hotel offers a reasonable breakfast buffet or there are convenience stores, supermarkets and coffee shops a short walk away. Thoroughly recommended.

Good location, clean room”

A little pricey, but worth it for the location (in the middle of Roppongi) and staff are very attentive. Limited facilities include a coin-slot washing machine and dryer. Room is spacious if you are willing to pay an additional premium above that for a standard room (i.e. for the corner rooms). Easily accessible from Roppongi subway/metro station.

Absolutely wonderful stay”

My stay at the b hotel exceeded my expectations of the place, it was great and absolutely value for money. Tokyo hotels are generally tiny and expensive but the b's room was huge (by tokyo's standards) and had a large double bed. Room was clean and water was strong, staff extremely helpful and friendly and had good command of English. Location was superb! Endless amount of restaurants within 2 minutes walk, many of which open past midnight, 5-7 minutes walk to Roppongi Hills mall and Roppongi station entrances/exits sprouted all around. Will definitely stay again!!

Well located hotel with a high comfort factor”

Hotel is located steps away from the exit of Roppongi station, which serves 2 subway/metro lines. Also many restaurants in the area, which is great (including a 24hr sushi place). Very clean and tastefully furnished. Rooms are spacious for Japanese standards with big plush beds. Free wifi is provided. Overall no complains at all, and would def stay here again.

I stayed for four nights. The hotel is very easy to access and in the middle of Roppongi. The room is very clean. I was staying in Non-smoking room and I actually couldn't smell smoke though some hotels do. I would stay here again for next business trip.

Super Location and great for the price”

We stayed 4 nights in Tokyo and this hotel delivered. the rooms are small as are most, but everything we expected from reading reviews was true. A block from subway and plenty of shopping and eating within 5 minutes walk. Would stay here again if we come back to Tokyo.

Being in Japan for some time this is defintatly one of the best hotels that I have stayed at. Conviently located in Roppongi.. all the access to nightlife. The hotel staff was helpful and nice. Rooms were clean.. service was excellent. The Breakfast was good as well. One thing for sure though. Wifi is needed in the rooms... come on please do something!!!

The hotel met my expectations of a business hotel in the heart of Tokyo. It was clean, organized, accessible, and in a very good location. The breakfast is quite good as well. The staff were kind and polite. I would stay here again.

Perfect Location for Nightlife”

travel with a friend to check out tokyo nightlife. the hotel is right in the heart of roppongi nightlife. also close to the other parts of tokyo by metro. the hotel itself is nice and modern. free coffee on the lobby. you can do you laundry on the 2nd floor, but they only have one set of machines for washing and drying so have to wait if someone else is using it.

Great location, nice service, enough space”

There is a highway, but enough quiet wihtout any noise, able to rest well. Rooms are tidy and have enough space for solo traveller or a couple who want to spend most of the time outside. Service was nice for the price.

Great Hotel! Right in the Center of Roppongi”

I really like this hotel. It is clean and friendly staff. The only issue i Have with it is that you can steal hear the people thats outside on the streets during weekend. Since its in the center of roppongi, its something you cant avoid,
