The Kingdom has great potential but the lockdown has taken its toll. The hotel is operating on skeleton staff and service. The food is at 1 star level. The hotel needs maintenance and needs professional hotel management to be on par with others in its class. The rooms are very small and more the size of an overnight hotel. There are no room views and if you book here you need to know that its to overnight and not stay in the hotel and that you purpose is to experience the other great things of Victoria Falls. The Falls, the Park, The Brewery, 3 Monkeys, the river cruises are all still in excellent condition and worth experiencing

What stood out were the mosquito nets. I have never experienced that before and was a treat. The staff were nice and helpful. The room was clean and the area was amazing. A true paradise.

Very nice hotel staff couldn’t do enough for you. Evening meal and breakfast priced at the same rate which I find very over priced and unexceptionable.

Very friendly service, people are very warm could speak my language. The rooms are very clean, breakfast buffet was my sons favorite Walking distance from the falls with elephants surroundings and walking near by harmlessly Id definitely comeback next time but with my future hubby cause the place is so damn romantic :-)

Visiting the Falls”

We visited from the United States for a shirt stay. The staff were very welcoming, attentive, friendly. Lies of dinner options and activities not only for couples but for families with kids of all ages. The location is walking distance to the Victoria Falls, and the town. There are lots of activities around the Falls-Lion Encounter, helicopter rides, zip lining spas and the like. We had a great get away.

I won’t recommend this hotel to my friends. Firstly, air conditioner is very old and noisy. The design of the restroom has big problems. For example, bathtube water is easily running out of room even to room outside. Shower area also too narrow but whole restroom is not small at all. There are so many choice in breakfast, however food is not as good as it shown. The food quality has a much spacious for improvement. Most importantly, pictures are very beautiful over websites. But the room was not as spacious as those pictures. I thought it was a kind of cheating to me.

Location is great. Only 5- 10mins walk away. Breakfast is great a lot of choices. Room is big with wonderful decoration.

Comfortable resort in perfect location”

We spent four days at Kingdom refueling between safaris. It was the perfect place to relax and plan all of our Vic Falls-based activities. The buffet brekky was excellent, as was the service of all the staff. Many thanks for a wonderful stay.

Serious safety event ”

We got serious trouble with the hotel. Even though the elevator in the hotel is in trouble or repair, there is no sign indicating that. We took the elevator, and when the door closed, it got neither open nor the elevotor moves, while we were kept trapped inside. We were rescued out of the elevator later but the management had no response in feedback of investigation result that we asked for.

Valutan i landet är kaotiskt och USD priserna höga. Långa köer för bränsle etc. Hotellet tog lokal valuta så priserna var ok. Ser ut att ekonomin kommer att rasa ihop inom kort.
