The hotel easy to find and the room very tidy.

Near JR train station”

Right next to JR Kumamoto station. We got a nice big corner room for a good price. Neat and clean , though decor is dated. Lack of charging port near bed like modern hotels. Good breakfast selection. Polite staff who help us check in. We deposited luggage early and went out. Luggage was already in room when we return in evening. Near train station but further from city centre and tourist sites. Great for short transit in Kyushu if you visit Kumamoto for short trip

Impressive service”

The whole service team gave us a very impressive experience. We had a small car accident at the car park, the team done everything they could help to calm us. We couldn’t talk in Japanese but they tried hard to communicate with the police and avoid any delay in our trip schedule. We won’t forget the team and would highly recommend their hotel if you are looking for a warm experience!

Themed room is worth for staying”

Every part got Kumamon which kids like so much. Recommend to get a big Kumamon doll at one corner which could draw much attention for tourist and increase the feeling of themed room

Convenient and comfortable ”

Small size with not many facilities, but basics are all there. perfect location right next to the JR station and tram station with lots of restaurants nearby, yummy breakfast. We Booked our trip really last minute so glad to have found this hotel!

Superieur”

Location was very near Kumamoto Station and the tram station. Conveniently located with tourist of Attraction nearby. Room was small but it was very clean and well designed.

Good location”

Close to train station and bus station. Seldom restaurant nearby even convenient store. But staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is tasteful and variety. Old decoration of room but clean and standard. Although room is small, we can open 28" suitcase in the room.

Very good location & great breakfast”

The hotel may be a little bit old but overall stay experience is good. It’s just a few minutes walk to the JR & tram Station. Good for travelers who have to carry heavy luggage.. The buffet breakfast has a good selection of Japanese food from the region.

Very good service ”

The staff are super supportive. It’s glad that there is one staff who good at English. I lost my passport accidentally and the staff helped me to contact the bus company and the airport. Luckily I found it and I really appreciate their hard work.

Very nice hotel ”

It is adjacent to the Kumamoto train station so it is an easy walk. The room I had was pretty big so it was very comfortable. LAN connection is available in the room and WI-FI is also available. The staff was very helpful in connecting me with an English speaking person at the bus company for a reservation to Kurokawa Onsen. The neighborhood around this area is quiet. It is not the shopping and entertainment area which is closer to the Kumamoto Castle area. To get to the shopping area it’ll cost approx 1000-yen or a flat 170-yen on the tram.

Pay extra for each rooms”

I was surprised that my reservation was for 3 Pax for 3 rooms so hotel told us to pay extra pax per rooms coz we were 6 person, I have to check next time coz I wasn't aware that my reservation was for 3 Pax only

Good location, spacious room”

The location would have been excellent if not for the construction around the JR station that necessitated a detour in walking. Hotel is clean, well maintained and the room is spacious with thoughtful segregation of dressing room and shower/washroom from the sofa and beds. Service is good but English understanding is very limited. The only issue for us is that the beds are too hard for our liking and could not sleep well.

Good location but staff was unfriendly”

The hotel is located within few mins walk from Kumamoto station. The staff was not very friendly during the check-in. The reception area was a bit dark. The twin room is spacious.

Stuck in the 80s”

The real and only plus here is the distance from the JR station. Apart from that, facilities are dated. No bottled water, no gym, no spa in an onsen town, Wi-Fi restricted only to the room.

Convenience location”

Once exit can see hotel on the right. Bus stop is only 2min away from hotel that goes to the palace via the city tour bus. Will choose to stay here again if return.

Everything was ok for a business hotel. Location is perfect, right next to kumamoto station.

The location is very convenience. The room is big and clean.
