The hotel renovated so look quite new.. but the building seem quite old.. overall acceptable.. the room come with free breakfast which you can get simple breakfast meals.

Our stay this round was not good because I booked a room facing the city but instead was given a room facing some badly maintained apartments. The breakfast was good, room was clean, staff very friendly. High tea was noting to shout about because guest attacked the food like never seen food before - first come first basis. Keep up the good job.

Nice and spacious hotel room with Superb attentive staff. My daughter has left her small bag unintentionally. After check out for more than 4 hours, she only realized that. After notified the hotel staffs with phone calls, the "lost item" returned at "as-is" condition. Thank you Lisa, Phriya and the team!

Expectation was never met. Disappointed. Hotel should be 2 or 3 star max”
Location is not bad. But room cleanliness is very bad. Toilet is cleaned by appearance. Back of toilet haven’t been cleaned for ages. Old rooms. Not worth staying. Have cheaper and good hotels near by.

In fact, all hotel guests are entitled to a special rate on daily parking when they have their vehicles parked at the basement carparks using the entrances on both sides just behind the hotel building. Good location. Nice staff and the executive floor treatment was great. The private lounge was good. With good food and a lot of good collection of wine and liquor. Room was spacious and clean. I will sure recommend my family and friends to stay here.

Clean room but poor glass window sound proofing”
We were given a room facing the main road. The sound proofing of the glass window is very poor where the vehicles sound can be heard quite loud especially from motorbikes. Not suitable for light sleeper like myself. Staffs are friendly especially the restaurant manager, breakfast is average.
