the thistle royal trafalgar is geweldig gelegen ten opzichte van shops, theater, london tube, restaurants etc... de kamers zijn de voorbije jaren volledig vernieuwd, niet heel groot maar comfortabel genoeg om een fijn verblijf niet in de weg te staan. ontvangst en bediening zijn zeer vriendelijk en correct. wifi zou wel gewoon aangeboden moeten worden aan hotelgasten ipv een slecht functionerende verbinding via een omslachtige procedure die dan ook nog eens betalend is.

The room is comfortable but no facilities. There's not enough water - no moisturiser or body lotion. When requested they gave a dental and shaving kit. When we extended by a day, there was too much red tape. Our room was shut down and we had to pay before it was opened, though they had our credit card details. The staff were, however, very courteous and helpful.

The Thistle hotel is excellently located, 5 mins walk from Charing Cross, Leicester Square and the Theatres. Friendly, helpful staff were welcoming and the room was clean, warm and quiet considering centre of City. My only gripe was price of drinks in bar - nearly £30 for 2 drinks, so put off from having a few more. Otherwise a lovely stay.

The only good thing about this hotel is location, other than that it’s not value for money: 1. Terrible breakfast 2 the room is so small, once you open the luggage, you have no room even to walk around. 3, the bathroom is super tiny and has nothing in it, except towel 4. The way the clean up the room is simply to make the bed without changing pillows covers or bed sheets, they not even clean the bathroom and toilet, I was in the room while they are cleaning. 5. They not even pack up the rubbish in the room. This is not even close to motel, terrible service and staff are not friendly. Would never recommend to anyone and will never come back.
