Klein Hotel in de Centrum”
Ik heb gecheckt laat om 00:00 met de laaste trein van luchtaven. De hotel is voor het station, medewerker was zo prachtig!. Heb een geluk wifi in de slaapkamer, onbijten was genoeg ook ! ;).

Very comfortable mid-range hotel”
Located at the far end of Piazza Garibaldi about 7-8 minutes walk from main station/airport bus stop. Garibaldi Square is a bit scruffy but not unsafe during the day, it would be wise to keep your wits about you late at night but we didn’t have any problems, just a culture shock having arrived from Florence! Staff at checkin were super helpful and our room on 4th floor overlooked the rear street which I suspect is a bit quieter but front facing rooms may get a glimpse of Vesuvius. Breakfast on 6th floor is lovely with plenty of hot and cold choices and nice coffee. I marked 4/5 for facilities as we didn’t have tea/coffee facilities in our room, or a bath but it didn’t bother us unduly. Rooms a little dated but comfy enough and housekeeping were efficient. Lots of restaurants within walking distance (1947 Pizza Fritta was great) and easy access to underground station to get to Spanish quarter or Beverello port for ferries.

Great location, not the best front desk”
Our first day in Italy (we’d check in a few days later), we asked to drop off our bag at the lobby for a few hours. Instead, they directed us to a locker storage. I guess this is standard for them, but definitely shows they’re not customer service. When we finally checked in, the hotel was close to the train station and the room was fine and clean. The next day, we left to start our day but quickly went back inside wanting to use the bathroom in the lobby before we left. As we walked in to search, the front desk aggressively called out if they could help us (I guess they didn’t recognize we were guests who left a few seconds ago.. maybe it was a safety concern or maybe they’re just unaware). They said there is no restroom other than the one in our room. If that’s true, well then there some lackluster in basic amenities. If that’s false, then the staff straight up lied. There are several hotels near the area that are also close to the central station.. perhaps it made sense to spend a few more dollars elsewhere to be treated like humans.
Good hotel to transfer to other towns around Amalfi coast”
The hotel was booked for us to stay for only a night. I was about to transfer to Rome the next day. The price was really good for me. Overall the hotel is clean. I didn't experience anything bad and it was safe staying inside the hotel. It is close to the station for us to quick move from the hotel to the train station without staying too long on the chaotic street.
