Excellent location just a few metres from Republicca Metro. Really friendly and helpful staff. Allowed me to check in early and then fetched me a coffee while they sorted the room! Very homely feel about it. Great value for money. Nice buffet breakfast. I will book again when I go to Rome

Small hotel with a great location, nice staff, good bed and easy access and check in! The staff was very polite and greeted us everytime! It’s a great option for a weekend. I am very easily to wake up but I managed to sleep good although it was a verry busy street outside.

Great location and transport links. Room is very basic, good to stay in for a couple of nights but any longer may require somewhere with a bit more.

We had to move to another hotel because the air conditioner was broken. Berna was helpful and polite and solved the situation, but we lost valuable time in the city changing hotels.

Ac not working and it's 37C (100F) they installed some mobile ac and tied the exhaust hose to the open window with tape. The hot air getting in from the open window and machine like blowing cold...Where is Monty Python's to see this! Bath tub not draining and mold (yes MOLD) all around the bathroom. We asked for another room and the answer from owner was "We don't have. It is what it is! " In the middle of the night the power goes off and noone at the reception and noone answers the phone! Save some stress and money and avoid this place!

No internet ”
I had a huge problem due to lack of internet upon my arrival. Lost the deal of my visit, as I couldn’t sign a contract and answer emails, much less contact anyone either for business or family, Julia, the receptionist was trying her best to help me and sent me to the hotel next door, but their internet was slow and I couldn’t download the file/e-mails. I had no option but to turn on my roaming from USA, and it was very expensive. Frustrating.

Hard to find the hotel. 2 day in the hotel had shower with a very cold water. No hot water! ”
To find the hotel always check the street number outside the building. In 1 building is more than 5 different hotel inside.

No staff at night, electricity went out for a few hours, they didn't have my reservation when I got there, Internet dos not work the first night, went in and out the second night, bed bugs and fleas in the room, on the second day a new staff member at the front desk kept trying to tell me that I didn't pay and I needed to pay for the two nights, he called somebody who finally explained to him that I had paid, and I had showed him my confirmation of payment on my phone. The shower took 5 minutes to become hot. I never complain about hotels bc I mostly care about Internet and the basics. The good thing was when I first arrived there was a very nice Filipino woman who worked the reception and she was extremely friendly, helpful and let me check in early even.

Not very comfortable one. WIFI not working . There's only few tables , so most of the guest have to wait standing for their turn for breakfast, very very basic breakfast. The old style lift only take's 2 people, so everyone have either use the stairs going to the 3rd floor, instead of waiting for their turn to get into the hotel itself.

located on the famous via nazionale, meaning good enough. very close the piazz.repubulica. cheap b&b and small,dark room but value for the money. no comaplaint

It's far away from Termini station especially bring to your bags. Even local people don't know where is the hotel and.. have to remember the 'number of st'. if not.. you'll be lost a way. Staff.. require customer service....
