Saved the last night of our vacation!”
We made a last-minute booking because the hotel we originally checked into was not as advertised. I was so so happy as soon as we walked in because it was winter time and the lobby was nicely heated up and they had a lift which is not something most buildings in Kathmandu have. Check-in was quick and smooth, we arrived early and were allowed to go to our rooms since it was available. The room was huge and came with a king-sized bed, very well furnished and had a great bathroom and a nice warm shower. It was ULTRA clean and looked almost as though we were the first ones to ever sleep in that room. They also have their own generator which is really helpful especially when Kathmandu could experience a couple of power shortages in 1 day. We had room service that evening and their penne was on point! Breakfast was also delicious and the hotel staff were always happy to go the extra mile and stop for a chat . Definitely a place I would highly recommend!

When I searched for hotels in thamel this hotel was on the top for recommendations and the ambience from the photos made me booked it and no regrets. The location was nice its close to shops but still far from all the noises. The staff were lovely. The room is spacious and clean. The interior of the hotel is nice as well, pretty and elegant. I enjoyed my one week stay here and would love to come back! :)

We had a lovely stay. Good value for money. Hotel is quiet. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious. Minor improvement is that the pool on the rooftop was cold and dirty. We would definitely stay again.

A beautiful hotel, but not Covid friendly”
We had a great stay, and really enjoyed our time here! The rooms are large and beautiful. The bathtub was also exceptional! The only problem I had was that a lot of staff was not wearing masks, even when interacting with guests. Additionally, guests were not asked to wear masks in shared spaces. With covid-19 cases on the rise in Kathmandu, I really expected the hotel to take more initiative to keep guests and their own staff safe. I will definitely return, and would recommend to anyone, but not until after the pandemic subsides. There are many other comparable hotels in the area which are providing better safety measures.

Pretty boutique hotel”
Very pretty boutique hotel in heart of a Thamel, easy walking distance. Staff friendly and helpful. Food was very good. Rooftop deck and most rooms have balconies. And lovely massage chair in lobby for guests use.

I got back from Annapurna trek that day, my flight from pokhara was delay from 1:25PM to 4:30PM. arrived at the hotel around 6:30PM. when i check in, receptionist said there were a plumbing problem, so he over me another room for rest until problem is solved. but since i havent had my dinner i refuse the offer and when to have dinner at rooftop bar at 7th floor. I book Penthouse that time which is at 8th floor (the only room at 8th floor, i can see my room balcony from where i had my dinner, i saw many people in front of the room, i was wondering how could the plumber should have more than 2 person. after waiting for 1,5 hours i asks the waiters to check reception he answered that the room is not ready. in few minutes there were a pretty girl model look like in my balcony. then i starts to sense something not right, so i went to reception but i was waiting for the lift being used by the production people bringing all the lighting and grip downstairs. when finally reach downstair at the reception i was confirming that my room was being use for a video production, why he said its plumbing problem, reception said there was a problem also shooting was happening too, i was speechless since it might not his decision for that. i was very disappointed and angry but i only said “i could have been checking in earlier if my flight is not delay, and whatever the reason is,its not because i book the most expensive room, but its not the right thing to do to use a guest room that have been booked for other purpose.” i finally check in around 9ish PM. since they need to clean the mess after the shoot. its took me 2 weeks to write this review because i love nepal, and tourism business is picking up, i don’t want poor things happend to the hotel business since many employees count on the hotel business. but if i don’t write this review this might could happen to anyone. And did they offer complimentary? NOT. and even if they offer i will refuse too, its matter of goodwill in

I have been to number of hotels in kathmandu but i found arushi boutique hotel very nice and upto my expectations. Staffs were helpful rooms were clean and bed was very comfy. Had a good breakfast and the ambiance and view from my room was amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers too.

Don’t expect too much”
We checked in Arushi in May 2022 with a very cold welcome. Hotel’s location was good, rooms were clean and spacious. We had two rooms at this hotel. One of the rooms’ bathroom door hasn’t got an arm. This was probably because it’s broken. Additionally, shower cabin was broken too. This is a 4 star hotel, you can not completely close or lock the door because bathroom door hasn’t got an arm and water drains out since the shower cabin was broken. Housekeepers made too much noise at corridors around 8:00 am, it was impossible not to wake up. Breakfast was OK. As a result, location is good, breakfast is OK, rooms are good but hotel needs to repair all broken things, warn housekeepers to be silent and wellcome it’s guests warmer. We are not unhappy since we stayed here but we are sure a better hotel may be found with the same price.
