Good hotel 3min car drive from the airport”
The hotel was very kind to have shipped me my lost house keys. Apart from that all was good, a bit basic breakfast, but clean rooms, kind service, good amenities, everyone speaks English well, and the hotel staff is very kind. Will definitely stay here again next time we fly from Milan airport.

+ good location less than 5 minutes from malpensa - reception staff was unpolite and unhelpful. No explanations about the hotel, not a smile, they did not care at all. At check out, the person was on the phone discussing personal stuff, 2 other staff were in the back chatting.

Only good thing about the hotel is the kind staff. Rooms are a bit depressing. No restaurant option for lunch and if you miss breakfast finishing at 9:30am you cannot even get a piece of bread from their kitchen

The hotel is located near the hotel but in very quiet area. Nice rooms . Good facilities. Free wifi. Good restaurant and lobby . I only recommend if want to stay near the airport for the flight.

We have baby cot in the room, and it make the room even smaller. We arrived 5am(the front desk still open). It took around 5mins by taxi to get to hotel.

The hotel is just a short drive away from the terminal. We had picked up a rental car from Thrifty/Hertz Rental after landing in from Dubai. Check in was super efficient and were in our room within 10 mins of arriving. The room itself was clean and basic. Not as high standard as other Crowne PLaza's I've stayed in but wasn't asking for much as it was only a one nighter so we could be away once and early on our drive to Venice. Breakfast the following morning was OK - nothing flash but amazing to be offered freshly squeezed orange juice. Overall, for the price you'll be pleased with this hotel. Just arrive with no high expectations and you'll be happy with your choice

This hotel sells itself as an airport hotel, but it isn't. The only real hotel at Malpensa airport is the Sheraton and it's definitely worth spending that bit more on the Sheraton if you have an early morning flight as you can walk to check-in. Time from Crowne Plaza to airport T1: 20mins (if you book a seat on the bus and don't miss it - best to count 50mins just in case). There are only 2 ways to get between the hotel and airport: 1) Take the airport shuttle (you will be charged EUR4 each way or EUR8 if you need to travel before 05:30am). Beware if traveling from T1 - the shuttle bus does not leave from door 10 which is signposted as the 'Hotel Shuttle Bus Stop' in the airport, but from door 4 all the way down the other end of the terminal. You need to book your seat on the bus from hotel to airport well ahead of time, or you may have to take a taxi if the bus is full (buses only run every 30 minutes). 2) Take a taxi which will charge you EUR20. I booked this hotel as I had a 7am flight and thought it would be easier to stay at an airport hotel. It took me 1 hour to get from the airport to the hotel the night before due to the incorrect signage at the airport and the infrequency of shuttle buses. EUR4 each way is not a lot of money, but it's incredibly irritating to be charged separately for something that the name implies would not be necessary at all. As my flight was leaving at 7am, I was recommended to take the 05:10am shuttle bus and told that this costs EUR8 because it's very early. Check-in staff were helpful and sympathised with the grumblings of a tired and irritated me. Kudos to them, but hotel management need to be much more frank with regards to their hotel description. Shuttle bus should be free and frequency should be doubled.

"Free breakfast" cost 15 Euros each, and was not worth a quarter of that. They charge to use the shuttle to the airport. All up, would have been cheaper to stay at the Sheraton at the airport.

It was a comfortable bed but the Sheraton is more convenient and didn't cost that much more. There is a hotel shuttle from the train station, though we had to wait a bit and there was a charge. The shuttle is poorly designed for boarding and dealing with luggage. The shuttle driver was no help with that. The room shows wear - especially the bathroom sink. You must request a non-smoking room to get one.

Booked this hotel for ease of airport transfer. Having stayed at airport hotels before wasn't expecting too much but this hotel was very comfortable, also the food in the restaurant in the evening was very nice and the breakfast buffet adequate.

Make sure to take the Hotel's shuttle bus (4 Euros) or a taxi. Otherwise the hotel will be hard to find as there's no sign posts for it. However, it's very convenient for late arrivals or early departures. Very comfortable room with all the amenities you'd expect, and friendly, helpful staff.

This hotel is convenient for travelers who need an overnight airport stopping place. However, it is totally lacking in atmosphere, and the shuttle bus is not well-advertised. The bus mainly serves the Holiday Inn - and I only discovered by accident that I could catch this bus to go to the Crowne Plaza. Next time I would stay at the Sheraton Hotel which is located right inside the terminal.
