We had a great time staying at Hotel Agape. Very close to the underground which made it easy to access everything in the city. The staff were so helpful, especially Fabrizio who showed us all the amazing things to do in Milan and how to get there. He even helped us order pizza! The breakfast was fantastic as well. The room was very nice and the AC worked great, however, smelled smokey. Parking was also quite easy. Although there is a fee to park in the garage over night plus the Milan tourist tax which is all charged at the end so beware!

Hotel very close to metro cadenzenga. Room clean but hotel reception non existant over the phone. Corridors are tiles, which means you can hear every footsteps. The sound isolation is very bad. I could hear the neighbor flush and kids playing until 1am 😟 Would recommend for short trips only. We back packers spent 2 nights here

The hotel has the conservative style, the employed are very nice and helpful. The location is excelent, it is closed to the shops, metro and the center. I liked too much. It is a place to return.

It is a very very very old hotel with shabby facilities. We lived on the 4-the floor, but every morning our room was full of unpleasant scents from the kitchen due to bad conditioning.

Simple stay”

Room is not too small, but single bed is a bit too small! bath room is big but the shower area is too small, I can't event move around. Hotel don't have restaurant so for your dinner please find out before move in hotel, parking is OK their have own car park with fee only 5 euro. but to drive in Milan is a bit difficult so better took train, it's only 5 mins walk from the hotel.

It was a very pleasant stay. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, recommended and helped us order pizza and pasta, showed us the way to shopping and tourist attractions. Room size is reasonable (not too small) and clean. Location is great, near to Metro and within walking distance (less than 1km) to supermarkets. There's also a restaurant selling delicious pizza just behind the hotel! Could have improved on the WIFI (may disconnect occasionally), breakfast is good but variety can be improved. Can also provide flask for making hot water and the room needs renovation (not as new as what the photos in the internet shows).

Nice hotel with good transport links”

Really great staff. The room was clean and of good standard. Overall the standard of the hotel, room and service was so much better than most in Milan! A good 3* hotel; we looked at others twice the price that were grim. Very close to metro stop for exploring Milan, and just 10min taxi ride to central station (as we needed our airport transfer in middle of the night). We didnt eat here as just stayed one night, but there was a local bakery and shop outside too, and restaurant/bar looked nice.

Comfortable and Practical”

Since my final destination was the San Raffaele Hospital the Agape Hotel was recommended to me by my Doctor pointing out the proximity of the Hotel to the Hospital and the Metro station of Crescenzago. I accepted his recommendation and was not disappointed since the Hotel delivered all it had promised. Ours was a two night stay - short but pleasant.
