Super. Vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt. Op loopafstand van het CS en eigenlijk ook de andere 'hoofd bezienswaardigheden'. Lidl in metro Kamppi,genoeg eetgelegenheden,barretjes,winkels etc in de buurt. Tram 9 voor de dagtrip naar Tallinn tegenover metro Kamppi. Finnair bus bij metro Centrum

Het hotel ligt centraal en op een prima plek. Het is netjes een aan de balie wordt je goed geholpen. Een taxi bestellen bijvoorbeeld ging heel gemakkelijk. Het ontbijt vond ik karig, er was ondermeer geen vers fruit. En de koffie was niet vers gezet, maar uit een automaat. Verder was de ontbijtruimte was somber.

Fijn hotel, prima ligging, goed ontbijt, comfortabel bed. De sauna die kosteloos gebruikt kan worden is een fijne faciliteit. De kamer die ik had, lag aan een bouwplaats, dus wel wat rumoer 's ochtends.

Perfect location, within walking distance to the main attractions, good price for the quality offered and the location, perfect breakfast with a very generous offer of everything one can imagine, very clean and comfortable rooms and kind and helpful staff. I would stay again in this hotel without any hesitation.

Excellent hotel in good area”
This hotel was lovely and clean, super friendly staff and a great breakfast buffet. We had one of the comfort double rooms on the top floor, which was really smart, recently redecorated and very roomy. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel is walkable to most tourist attractions, shops and restaurants. Great yummy breakfast. They provide good quality of amenities like shower and shampoo. Very nice scent. Love that they pay attention to details.

Excellent customer service (special thanks to Mika and Oona!). The hotel is about 5 mins walk from the city. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I love the in-house shampoo and shower gel (I usually use my own)! Would definitely choose Hotel Helka if I return to Helsinki. Kudos!

Pleasant one night stay at Hotel Helka”
Seamless check-in process, and my sister and I were allocated a clean and spacious room. The breakfast buffet spread was quite wide and we enjoyed it very much. Would definitely revisit if I have the chance! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.

What's not to love? The hotel is a stone's throw from Kamppi, and sports very chic interiors. Love the eco-conscious reminders as well! Kudos for the functional details as well - covers for power points in the room, customised postcards (that double as great branding collaterals). The breakfast is a treat - think fresh, wholesome produce. I'd def stay here when in Helsinki!
